"I wanted to give you all some disturbing information on our wonderful president. I work with the Catch-A-Dream Foundation which provides hunting and fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses. This past weekend we had our annual banquet / fundraiser event in Starkville . "As a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class Greg Stube, a highly decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn't have much of a chance for survival to come. Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg , NC and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at our function. Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE. Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us.. Didn't know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. Wonder what kind of news we all will receive next. You're just starting to see the Obamanation. Your religion is on the list next.? I don't know about you, but this makes me furious.

This is just how the nazis did it in the 30's, slowly, one step at a time. If you don't see the similarities you are truly blind.

But BO and the socialistic administration can indoctrinate and make kids sing songs to them!!! We are in an all out war for this country and they want to finally win it using the kids...just like Hitler did.

It makes me sick too....there's nothing better than for kids to be able to talk to a real American hero...

I don't think the parents were even ask to give an opinion. But I'm sure that once the word is out, sh*t will hit the fan.

Snopes says this is false. Same story, same Sgt. Stube. He was apparently disallowed not by the President but but the DoD because of certain restrictions covering fund-raising activities, etc.

Towards the end of the school year my grandson came home and told my daughter "we are practicing for next year, we have to walk around with our hands crossed behind our backs like we are being handcuffed." Apparantly, this is to do with a new state requirement that says the schools have to show how they are improving behavior. I ran a search and found out that other schools are doing this also. He will be in the 3rd grade this year. And the 4th grader was being given a cultural tolerance class. I wrote to my state rep 2 months ago and so far no response from him.

Bet Glenn Beck would put it on, though others on Fox News seems to be willing to air such anti-American things that use our children.

Heck, I'd call the police and report the school to someone there who can give directions or help from within their office.

If we don't take back both houses, the libs will attack home schoolers before the end of 2011 a long with others. People we have a dictator on our hands and our representation is all but gone.

That's weird...I checked it before I posted and there was nothing there. Oh well...I get caught every once in a while.... But still...I would have to call this a half truth...
