    Looking for advice

My wife has been looking for a job near our house. Anyway she went into a McDonalds across the street and was turned down. Well there is a Wal Mart very close that has a McDonalds inside and is owned by the same of the first McDonalds. Anyway my wife was told that they had no applications. So I got out of my truck and went in and asked for an application and was given one She also noticed as well as myself that both of these franchises have no white employees nor African American employees. All hispanic (probably illegals since they all spoke very broken english) that were working there. So I called the corporate McDonalds office and reported this to them and am waiting for a call back. Should I contact a Discrimination lawyer??

Thank you. I told them that I was going to call ICE. What should I tell ICE. Because I have called before and nothing was done.

Yes. He took my info. and told me he would be turning this in as it sounds suspicious. Does anyone think that I could file a lawsuit for discrimination?

Don't you know that once hispanics get a foot-hold in a business its hispanic from then on. They won't hire other races. They're a big family and you're outsiders. They help each other out like they're all related. Its a family thing.
I've certainly seen that around here. The closest McDonalds is 99% hispanic. My neighbors son did get on though....he even speaks Spanish and everything.....he only gets to come at 11 PM to do the clean-up work. I think he's the only white employee there.

My husband has come across that too. The only way to nip this blatent racism in the bud is to call them on it for sure. Might be right down to getting a lawyer. I'm seeing it more and more and I guess being white, it's something new to have to fight for. I mean it never has guarenteed a job but you always figured someone was more qualified. Now it's got nothing to do with being qualified anymore or even "quotas". I'm older and white and that's not a great combination around here.

Even though I was born and raised here, I've been gone most of my life and don't know anyone anymore or have any connections at all. So it's a real shot in the dark.....yet illegals have jobs waiting and can't even fill out an application.
