This type of blatant discrimination has been going on for too long. The problem is that AMERICANS turned down for jobs because they aren't Hispanic or don't speak Spanish never complain, even when they know they are being discriminated against.

I'd go after these guys and also try to find others who have been turned down for jobs or for even applying for one because they don't speak Spanish. Maybe a class action lawsuit should be filed!

Vmonkey has a good idea of calling the EEOC and I have their # written down and will be calling tomorrow. My wife has been disrespected and I will fight for her rights.

Who would want to work in an unwelcoming environment?

Calling the EEOC is the best thing to do in this situation. Allow them to investigate the discriminatory hiring practices of that McDonalds.

Unfortunately Dixie I've seen a complacent and paper pushing EEOC that doesn't do much. It was for a Hispanic friend who was clearly discriminated against. Yet, they did nothing.

Yes. He took my info. and told me he would be turning this in as it sounds suspicious. Does anyone think that I could file a lawsuit for discrimination?

If you have absolute proof that illegal aliens are working there and you can prove your allegations, I would call, Immigration Reform Law Institute. Do a Google search and you will find them.
