Guest-Worker Program will not stop illegals.
To allow those illegals already here (those that came in today and tomorrow) to stay because we cannot send them home if not going to solve the problem. Allowing them to stay is amnesty. They do not care about amnesty if they are allowed to stay, work and reap the benefits by producing an “anchor baby.”
A guest worker program will not stop them from coming across illegally if nothing is done about the incentives that bring them here. That is, they can work if business is not stopped from hiring them. If the 14th amendment is not repealed that allow children born to illegals to automatic citizenship, they will still come across illegally. If they do not make the guest workers program list by not qualifying they will cross illegally.
Bush thinks that if we let them in legally through a guest workers program they will not cross illegally. If business are allowed to hire them, they will come. If they can produce an “anchor baby” they will come. Because, nothing will have been done to stop the incentives that bring they here.

Stop businesses from hiring illegals .
Repeal the 14th Amendment.Then establish a guest workers program if needed. If it is a temporary program, they will not leave.

only invites more criminal aliens into the country. We have more than enough examples. why cannot our politicans see the truth.

There are no jobs here for illegal to fill. There are no jobs for illegals that Americans are not doing except those created by illegals because of their presence here. 15 to 20 million illegals buy products produced by businesses and if business have to produce more for them, they need more workers and they are the illegals themself. (I hate to sound like a broken record) Mr Bush is no longer saying “jobs Americans will not do” because they does not fly and never did. They are doing the jobs that Americans are doing like construction, city, county and state road work, aids in schools, in doctor, clinic and chiropractic offices, and in all areas of business that have clients that are Spanish speaking and in areas where they are not required to speak, such as warehouses, stocking in Wal Mart, flipping hamburgers, hotel and motels and in fast food restaurants.
There is not 15 to 20 million jobs that Americans are not doing. There is no excuse for a guest workers program with a path to citizenship.

Thats exactly right. If we do not remove the incentives for those too lazy to fill out the proper paperwork and come here legally, they will continue to come illegally. Another of the deterrants would be to slam the door shut at the border by any means necessary. Militarize the border and build the fence!
