I didn't see this as being of much importance when the arrest was first made, and the charges were first pressed simply because I have never heard of John of God and there wasn't much that was out of the ordinary when you have someone abuse people's faith to exploit them. However, with the recent allegations FROM THE SAME JOURNALIST WHO GOT HIM ARRESTED IN THE FIRST PLACE, this was certainly worth covering and worth examining through a cynical mentality.
