    And there you have it...

Here is the first example I have found talking about how the next president will not take an anti-illegal immigrant stance. Of course Cynthia Tucker, being the collectivist lap dog she is, titles the article Next President will tone down anti-immigrant rhetoric. Now we all know too well that she knows better, but she has taken the opportunity to do an anti-Tancredo hit piece.

In her brilliance she says this:
...That's because voters didn't fall for the scapegoating premise of Tancredoism. It was a bad product, and few voters bought it...
Another fact of genius this brilliant pen wizardess spilled out:
...At the very bottom of the wage scale, illegal immigrants probably take a few jobs away from uneducated and marginalized American laborers. But the effect is minimal, according to researchers. The most comprehensive analysis has found that illegal immigration depresses wages no more than 50 cents to 60 cents an hour -- hardly a figure that makes or breaks a budget...
So this is a taste of the lies and marketing the collectivist left will spew over the next four years as they seal globalist deals, give amnesty to 20 million and change our culture forever.

Of course Cynthia had to be the first one to get that out there, since of course she isnt a journalist who gained position thru competition, but via statistical satisfaction, she knows she has to "swing low" so to speak to get her point across to her not so savy readership. The other less extremist (if that is possible on the American socialist left) columnists, with an educated reader base will be doing the same-tho' not with such a low brow approach.

Here is a link to the article:
    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ucas/20080210/c ... onrhetoric

Cynthia Tucker is known for her racism and has been angered in the past when she was called on not coming to the aid of blacks in Los Angelas who are being victimized by illegal immigration. She was mentioned in this VDARE article:

    http://www.vdare.com/king/050308_georgiafornia.htm

I thought this might be of some intrest as it indicates the likely spam that will fly our way as the socialists take power.

Her statement above is ludicrous, and clearly reveals her ignorance! In addition, if those at the bottom of the wage scale make .50 or .60 less per hour because of illegal immigrants, that loss is even more substantial to them! If someone made 8.00 per hour, yet would make 8.50 per hour otherwise, that's 20.00 per week, 80.00 per month...maybe a tank of gas to get to and from work, or groceries, or power bill, or phone bill! That's a LOT for those at the bottom! Stupid woman!!!

It's amazing that she was able to win a Pulitzer!

HERE'S HER PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WOULD CARE TO COMMENT!!!

By the way...the title of her article is:

"Next President Will Tone Down Anti-Immigration Rhetoric"

NOTICE HOW SHE USED THE TERM "ANTI-IMMIGRATION"!!!

Just emailed her and let her know my feelings. These uneducated, opinionated editorial reporters must be straight out of college with no practical experience on the Illegal alien problem .

I don't know why this article infuriated me so, but I sent her the following email:

    Ms. Tucker,

I recently read your article, "Next President Will Tone Down Anti-Immigration Rhetoric", and would like to address two issues with you.

First, I noticed that you used the term "anti-immigration" which I am assuming was an inadvertent mistake on your part. I believe the politically correct term is anti-"ILLEGAL" immigration. Perhaps you should follow up and point out this mistake to your readers.

The second issue addresses your statement below:

"At the very bottom of the wage scale, illegal immigrants probably take a few jobs away from uneducated and marginalized American laborers. But the effect is minimal, according to researchers. The most comprehensive analysis has found that illegal immigration depresses wages no more than 50 cents to 60 cents an hour -- hardly a figure that makes or breaks a budget."

That statement is ludicrous, and insulting to low-wage laborers! It also clearly reveals a lack of comprehensive skills in mathematics. If an American laborer at the bottom of the wage scale makes .50 or .60 less per hour due to, once again, "ILLEGAL" immigrants, that loss is substantial to them! If that person makes 8.00 per hour but could be expected to make 8.50 were it not for, once again, "ILLEGAL" immigrants, that is 20.00 less per week and 80.00 less per month. That amount COULD buy a tank of gas to travel back and forth to work, or pay a small portion of the mortgage or rent, or buy a weeks worth of groceries, or pay all or part of the power or phone bill! That is a SUBSTANTIAL amount for those at the bottom of the wage scale. You should feel ashamed for insulting them and should immediately issue an apology!!!

Might I also suggest that you educate yourself adequately enough to distinguish between the term "LEGAL" and 'ILLEGAL."

    Whoooo Hoooo!

You mean to tell me an employer is going to put his butt on the line and break the law for 50 cents?

On top that hire someone that speaks no english. Usually has no experience and uses a fake name.

    I don't think so!

Construction workers pay is down about 50% since 1975 if you adjust for inflation. I read that a person that made $35K in 1980 would have to make $135K today adjusted for inflation. Sorta blew me away.

You think people would get in a tizzle over 50 cents?
Maybe shes talking about how much the average pay went down in the last 6 months.

And if only a few of the 30 million illegals are really working, then what the hell are the other 20 million doing? Sucking off the government and American tax dollars? You bet.

Thats what you gotta love about these people they always give these statements that seem to conflict each other. Either they are, or they aren't. Yeah. you gotta love the CFR, hey what about this prototype website? Might be a way to keep people in their own countries

Unless we get those criminals & make them pay for what they have done to our country and the lawlessness they have sponsored, we are just another Mexico ourselves!

    My amail to Ms. Tucker

    Ms. Tucker,

I read your article about the next president toning down the rhetoric on illegal immigration. The American people are enraged about the illegal alien problems in American and will not permit it to be toned down. Our country is being devastated by this problem, every area of our economy and every town and city in this country is affected by it. And the only response that we get from our elected officials is their refusal to enforce our laws.

I am from Columbia, SC and have owned a small construction business for 20 years. In 2007 my business started going bankrupt because of all the employers using illegal aliens. I cannot compete companies that can undercut me by more than half. In South Carolina at least 75% of the construction work force is comprised of illegal aliens and I have seen many of my fellow American businessmen get out of construction because of their inability to compete with illegal employers. I get up every day and go out and struggle to find work that has already been stolen from me. I used to do work for about 150 contractors here, used to work 7 days a week. But anymore, I am lucky to find maybe one small job every other week. And the problem isn't that I am lazy, inept or whatever. It is because our elected officials refuse to do their jobs.

I have read quite a bit about the construction industry in Atlanta, your home city.It is
over run with illegal employers also. I have read so many sob stories about the plight of illegal aliens in this country but I have yet to read one story from a responsible journalist, anywhere, about how this problem has affected native born American businessmen. Why don't you be the first? Investigate the construction industry in Atlanta, find the people there that are not in business anymore because of illegal employers and tell their stories. They are Americans, just like you and I and they deserve to be heard even though everybody wants them to shut up.

I protested a job that I lost to an illegal company. The homeowner told me that international roofers had installed the shingles on his house for 4 to 5 dollars an hour (top wages for American roofers in the 60's and 70's). He said that if I wanted to do work on his house then my bid should be as low as theirs. I refused, I protested, and I went to jail for my efforts. But I didn't shut up. I was arrested simply because I called him a cheap bastard in front of the cops. I opted to a trial by jury. This happened to me in July of 2007, I have been to court 5 different times since then and am currently scheduled to face justice on Feb 20th.

I have completely lost faith in our criminal justice system. The same characters that will be in that courtroom trying me are the same characters that refuse to do their jobs and enforce our laws. They are the ones that left me no recourse but to do what I did to bring attention to a major problem that nobody gives a damn about. For the simple act of calling somebody that employed illegal aliens exactly what he is I spent 22 hours in jail, and am now facing 30 days in jail for it.

The day I got arrested for protesting I had my son directly across the street taking pictures and when I got out of jail the next day I wrote the story of what happened to me and posted it all over the internet. My case has been on CNN twice and I have been on numerous radio programs. I am doing everything that I possibly can to bring attention to the plight of small businessmen in the construction industry that have been ruined by illegal immigration. Most people do not give a damn. Mainly because most of them, like yourself, are not forced to compete with people that are not even supposed to be in this country. There are no illegal alien newspaper reporters, no illegal alien lawyers, no illegal alien politicians. You do not have to worry about losing your job or business to illegal aliens. It is the common people that are mostly affected by illegal immigration but most reporters only care about about the plight of the illegals and not us. Thank you for your time.

Excellent letter loneprotester. You are truely the voice of small businesses all over the country that must compete with cheaters. It's not fair and it's not right.

I saw a mason on tv and he was talking about how he was getting ready to go out of business because he couldn't compete with other employers hiring illegal labor.

Although, I don't know anyone in the construction business, seeing this poor guy made me very, very angry. It was a defining moment for me and that's when I became an illegal immigration activist.

I'm sorry that you are going through so much. But, you are bringing to light the other side of this issue that no one is acknowledging. Thank you.

We are just trying to follow the rule of law, and it is considered rhetoric? This woman is obviously pro-illegal and no matter what you say, she will refuse to listen. Let her live in a town full of illegals, she will definitely change her tune.
