talking about being sensored online! I use bellsouth (got away from AOL and was trying to paste and copy somthing to this website

Here is what happened!

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'aussielady@bellsouth.net'. We are being SENSORED BIG TIME! I was trying to post to the Birmingham News forums and this is what happened! They are VERY BIG ON sensorship because they are PRO llegal!

I guess they do not like what I have to post..So sorry! I want the people of this state to know what is happening and by GOD I will NOT let them silence me! They have NO right to delete my posts! What I post is truth and they know it!

This is a violation of MY RIGHTS! Why is it that anything that is PRO illegal aliens is ok, but the American citizens posts are NOT alright?

Please all of you, if you can, email the Birmingham News and let them know what the American people REALY feel! They make me sick!

Ohflyingone, how can you tell it was being sensored ? What are the signs ?

Could you give us a url for the Birmingham news? I just tried Birminghamnews.com and got nothing.

I have seen many posts from people saying that they give up and will not post there again. I have posted and then not seen the post. I'm telling you, the Birmingham News is PRO illegal to the inth degree!

I called Randy Hinshaw today to see what is happening in the Alabama legislature on the the illegal aliien issue. Lea Fite (bless his heart pray for him as his blood pressure went up recently and he was hospitalized) has reintroduced a bill (HR44).

Please get the word out about this bill. Randy will be reintroducing his bills next week.

I need more info, ohflyingone. Which forum were you trying to post on?? I saw a LONG list and didn't go through all of them.

BUT, it MIGHT not be censorship. I will tell you what I've had happen before similar to what you described and I FINALLY figured out WHY it was happening. I had tried to email Hannity one day about something on his program and the message kept getting returned saying, "the sender's address has been rejected" or something like that. I was INFURIATED because I had never emailed him anything UGLY. So, I immediately sent the same message to Colmes and it went right through. I finally figured out that, when I was writing the message, it was around this time in the morning (EARLY) and Hannity's MAILBOX must have been full by that time. I would think he gets more emails than Colmes and that was why the one to him went through. SO, I waited until late in the day when I knew they would have had time to go through Hannity's email inbox and, sure enough, it went through. Do you think it's POSSIBLE that this might have been the reason that one of yours didn't make it?? Why don't you try the same address again and see what happens. THE OTHER thing is that that person may have a filter that is blocking messages. I really don't THINK it's censorship but I will be glad to try to post something on the site if you will give me more details!

I have had many posts to their forums deleted by the mods as have others. When someone posted about the Alabama Tea party on different city forums there, they were all deleted by the mods.

my emails rejected too. I assume it's spam guard. On forums - yes expect to get posts yanked

Well, I'm confused. Y'all are mentioning FORUMS and you're mentioning EMAILS. With the forum, you're not sending an EMAIL, are you???

Thelma- I've had 2 letters sent back to me and I believe I was blocked from 2 newspapers. I have used every method of identifying myself by user name, nick name, passwords, EVERYTHING. These were forums that I visited often. I didnt cuss, or use racist language. But once I agreed with different people on their forums about illegal immigration, I got booted, with no explanatiin.
If you dont see things THEIR way, you get the BOOT!
