3. Move forward with a pathway for "undocumented" from shadows to light - by requiring: fine, English, +others, ...eligible for Green card 8 years later.

Immigration backlog, of 20+ years.

No there isn't. That's how badly the illegal aliens have bogged down our existing system by forcing themselves on us.

We have quotas and the illegals have flooded our immigration and naturalizaion offices with crap applications from people that have snuck in and lived here illegally long enough to apply for citizenship.

All those applications should be rejected!!!!!!

Illegal entry, should be automatic grounds for permanent rejection.
