USC Study on Major Demographic Changes in LA Area

Here is a USC study on the major demographic changes in the Los Angeles metropolitan area between 1960-2000.

Good reading, no fluff, just facts and numbers.
    You draw your conclusions.

    Here is the study:http://www-rcf.usc.edu/~dowell/new/changes.htm

Back in 1960, fully 80% of LA’s population was non-Hispanic white, with small minorities of blacks (7.6%) and Latinos (9.6%). Subsequently, the white population has declined in share, dropping to 53.3% of total residents in 1980 and 32.1% in 2000.

"Back in 1960 and 1970, barely 10% of the residents were foreign born in Los Angeles County. By 1980 this proportion jumped to 22%, then 33% in 1990, and in 2000 the proportion is estimated at 36%. A total of 3.6 million current residents are foreign born, and their children amount to another 3-4 million residents. Thus, well over half of the Los Angeles population is of foreign stock."

WOW. I used to tell people this country could wind up like KOSOVO because of mass illegal migration. The Serb population is now only 10%, the rest is mostly muslim albanians. Maybe one day the UN/Nato will step in to straighten out the remaining US citizens like they did the Serbs.
Want to make people angry? Lie to them.
Want to make them absolutely livid? Tell 'em the truth."

LA is nothing. Look at El Paso, and any of the other border towns along the Rio Grande. Until the 1980s, most people from El Paso were americans. Ask anybody who's been there their entire life, and they will tell you about the transformation of that city into pseudo Mexico. It's so bad, they shove Mexican culture down everybody's throat, and expect nobody to complain. And they wonder why they suffer from an image problem!
