As President Obama prepares to deliver his State of the Union address tonight with an expected call for civility, the Arizona legislature is taking up a bill with a less chummy message to the federal government. That declaration can be summed up in three words: “Stay outta Arizona.â€

More good news from Arizona! I sure hope HB2077 gains traction and national attention. Time to drain the swamp on the Potomac.

We are going to see more states taking the position that if the Feds are not going to enforce the law, protect the people and state, the state will take up the battle and do the job themselves. Any and all attempts that the Feds make against the state will be met in the press as showing the lack of action onthe part of the federal government and especially the policies of those in the whitehouse.

As Sheriff Richard Mack stated in his book: The County Sheriff America's Last Hope, the County Sheriff is the ultimate law enforcement authority in the county and answers ONLY to the citizens who hire him.

The Feds abuse their authority here at the local farms and ranches way too often. The longer we allow this to continue, the more they will abuse it.

It is time to put the Feds in check and the local Sheriff is the person who has sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution and protect the local citizens.

i have to agree with that statment .... i've always been pro federal government my whole life .... but if the federal government will do nothing to stop the invasion , we will simply have to take matters into our own hands ..
