First things first ... NO, Obama did not write an Executive Order providing amnesty to illegal immigrants. That would be too transparent and honest with American citizens. Obama's amnesty goal for illegals IS transparent, but the means to achieve it are "through the back door to America".

What part of the word "Illegal" in illegal alien doesn't this administration understand? The fact is, they do understand, but they will re-teach you that these people are just "undocumented" or "unauthorized" immigrants, which is not illegal, is it?? I suppose if the liberal media and Congress say it enough, the public will stop thinking about them as illegal.

In 2009 Obama nominated John Morton to be the Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ICE is the principal investigative arm of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In May, the Senate showed him their love and unanimously confirmed him as the Director of ICE.

The following year Morton claimed ICE was falling behind on their 400,000 non-criminal deportations and as soon as the local activists got word on this, he quickly retracted his memo stating it was unauthorized and an error and that they have no quotas.

It didn't take long before the ICE union leaders issued a no confidence vote in the new ICE Director.

"Any American concerned about immigration needs to brace themselves for what's coming," said Chris Crane, President of the National ICE Council which represents approximately 7,000 ICE agents, officers and employees, "This is just one of many new ICE policies in queue aimed at stopping the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws in the United States. Unable to pass its immigration agenda through legislation, the administration is now implementing it through agency policy."

Obama has tried other tactics to get his legislation passed. Obama told Arizona Senator Jon Kyl during a private discussion "The problem is, if we secure the border, then you all won't have any reason to support ‘comprehensive immigration reform.'" Well, that sounds as if blackmail is another avenue I suppose.

But, in the meantime, Obama's Administration can always invent new ‘guidelines' and ‘policies,' until laws can be passed, right?

So how will the Obama administration achieve its backdoor amnesty plans? They said it will indefinitely delay deporting most illegal immigrants who don't have criminal records. A senior official said, "The indefinite stay will not give illegal immigrants a path to legal permanent residency, but will let them to apply for a work permit. As a matter of law, they are eligible for a work authorization card, basically a tax payer ID card, but that decision is made separately and on a case-by-case basis." Well that may not be amnesty, but it's darn close!

The new ICE director has been a busy bee finding new ways to forgive illegal entry into the USA! Late in 2010 Morton set a policy in place to release or dismiss the illegal immigrants from deportation whom have applied for some sort of legal citizenship. So, because they "applied" they are no-longer here illegally?

Early 2011 Morton set another policy which further bases threat of deportation on the severity of the crime. So, just actually being here ILLEGALLY isn't crime enough?

Priority l. Aliens who pose a danger to national security or a risk to public safety.

Priority 2. Recent illegal entrants.

Priority 3. Aliens who are fugitives or otherwise obstruct immigration controls.

Also, "ICE agents and officers should exercise particular discretion when dealing with minor traffic offenses such as driving without a license."

Humming right along by Mid 2011 Morton issued another amnesty (?) policy out to all ICE field office directors, all special agents in charge, and all chief counsel. Here's a list of illegals that get to stay! (Get ready, this list is LONG)

When weighing whether an exercise of prosecutorial discretion may be warranted for a given alien, ICE officers, agents, and attorneys should consider all relevant factors, including, but not limited to:
•the person's length of presence in the United States, with particular consideration given to presence while in lawful status
•the circumstances of the person's arrival in the United States and the manner of his or her entry, particularly if the alien came to the United States as a young child
•the person's pursuit of education in the United States, with particular consideration given to those who have graduated from a U.S. high school or have successfully pursued or are pursuing a college or advanced degrees at a legitimate institution of higher education in the United States
•whether the person, or the person's immediate relative, has served in the U.S. military, reserves, or national guard, with particular consideration given to those who served in combat
•the person's ties and contributions to the community, including family relationships
•the person's ties to the home country and condition in the country
•the person's age, with particular consideration given to minors and the elderly
•whether the person has a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse, child, or parent
•whether the person is the primary caretaker of a person with a mental or physical disability, minor, or seriously ill relative
•whether the person or the person's spouse is pregnant or nursing
•whether the person or the person's spouse suffers from severe mental or physical illness
•whether the person's nationality renders removal unlikely
•whether the person is likely to be granted temporary or permanent status or other relief from removal, including as a relative of a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
•whether the person is likely to be granted temporary or permanent status or other relief from removal, including as an asylum seeker, or a victim of domestic violence, human trafficking, or other crime
•whether the person is currently cooperating or has cooperated with federal, state or local law enforcement authorities, such as ICE, the U.S Attorneys or Department of Justice, the Department of Labor, or National Labor Relations Board, among others.

Hmmmm...do ya think he missed any possible reason NOT to prosecute an ILLEGAL? ... BESIDES THE FACT, They are committing a crime JUST BY BEING HERE! What about crimes we don't know about? We can't even find out if they are criminals in their home country.
•83% of warrants for murder in Phoenix are for illegal aliens.
•47% of cited/stopped drivers in California have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 47%, 92% are illegal aliens.
•63% of cited/stopped drivers in Arizona have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 63%, 97% are illegal aliens.
•66% of cited/stopped drivers in New Mexico have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 66% 98% are illegal aliens.
•380,000 plus "anchor babies" were born in the US to illegal alien parents in just one year, making 380,000 babies automatically US citizens.

Janet Napolitano, Department of Homeland (DHS) Security Secretary, had to explain before the Senate Judiciary Committee subcommittee why the wave of dismissals occurred last year. They claimed her agency misled Congress and the public. ICE reviewed all new and thousands of pending cases to dismiss those that failed to meet with the agency's top priorities. DHS told reporters the policy only affected immigrants with pending green card applications.

Not true. Internal records showed they actually involved immigrants with a wide range of backgrounds, including some with criminal records for mostly misdemeanor offenses. Napolitano admitted that they are trying to limit the number immigrants that even enter the system.

Remember the DREAM Act? It was intended to give young illegal immigrants who go to college or serve in the military a chance at legal status. Congress has repeatedly rejected the Dream Act even when Democrats were in charge. So, you see the Dream Act is not dead, it just avoided going through Congress.

Under the proposed and soundly rejected Dream Act, illegals brought into the U.S. as children by their parents would be permitted to attend public universities and enjoy in-state tuition rates.

Please explain where the fairness is that an illegal can attend a premier university at in-state tuition rates while a legal student from outside the state must pay tens of thousands of dollars more for the same opportunity. Not to mention that the illegal is taking a highly coveted seat away from the child of legal, tax-paying Americans.

As an example of Congressional collusion with the Obama Administration, Sen. Robert Menendez, a New Jersey Democrat, called these outrageous ICE policies "A very positive step forward" but said "More should be done to overhaul immigration rules. I hope the department will pursue additional initiatives allowing immigrant spouses and children of U.S. citizens to apply for visas from within the United States," Melendez said.

Menendez was elected to a 6-year term in 2006. In 2007, a record number of undocumented immigrants were rounded up and deported in New Jersey.

OK, time to cut to the chase here. We all know the activity above to keep the flow of illegals into the America and to feed, clothe, house and educate them on taxpayer dollars; and then give them amnesty has but one goal - votes for the liberal socialist democrats to stay in power indefinitely! It is very transparent even to the most head-in-the-sand legal citizens. And, all the "back door amnesty" activity above in 2009-2011 has but one target, the 2012 election.

With all the skeezy liberal democrat supported election day tactics and maneuvers we see with same-day registration and a refusal to require voters to actually prove they are legal residents, you can bet a large number of these illegals who had been headed for deportation will now be headed to the polls and manage to sneak in votes, maybe even enough to swing the election.

I'll leave you with this statement by the National Border Patrol Council, Local 2544 ...

"This... [is] more of the ‘wait until they kill, rape, beat or molest someone here in America, then we'll deport them' logic. Any victims want to step up to the plate so they can make sure an illegal alien becomes a 'felon', making him deportable under the Obama and Napolitano rules? Brilliant strategy. They say they'll deport 'gang members' as well. We all feel so much safer now. The illegal alien cheerleaders (Raul Grijalva, Luis Gutierrez, etc.) will love this new strategy. Those of us who actually have to put our lives on the line and enforce the laws? Not so much."

The Obama administration has a Constitutional duty to enforce immigration laws, but instead blatantly looks for ways to ignore or negated them.

And just so you know, check this out, Obama also wants you to sign up on a website to form an activist group to legalize illegal immigrants. I think the website is called "Viva la Revolución!"

Hot Off the Presses: August 24, 2011 - Onyango Obama, President Obama's Uncle, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor and driving to endanger. He was also cited for not using a turn signal. Onyango Obama nearly hit a police patrol car.

According to the article, federal immigration and customs enforcement have had a warrant for his arrest since 1992. Yes in 1992, a federal judge had ordered him to be deported back to Kenya. In the meantime, currently a judge has not set bail on the driving charges but ordered that he be held on the ICE warrant.

I'm SURE you heard about this!

Folks do you really believe that the federal authorities, ICE officials, did not know where Obama's uncle has been since 1992? At the very least you would have thought after the 2008 election they would have, oh a wild guess, searched the immigration files!

There is no intent in the Obama Administration to enforce the laws against illegal immigrants entering and staying permanently in America. There is however a transparent goal being implemented by Obama to operate a "back door amnesty" program for the flood of illegals in this country. And, that goal is being achieved every day Obama remains in his job!
