Voter fraud and corrupted voting machines

Got all of this in an E-mail:

Electronic voting machines, open fraud, convicted felons in control the vote.

"Those who vote decide noting. Those who count the votes decide everything." - Josef Stalin, Russia.

There should be no question as to the safety, security, and accuracy, of the vote. So why are we using a flawed highly inaccurate electronic system of voting, that can be hacked? Foreign Companies sell and service many of these machines, their employees sometimes have criminal records, and are not required to pass even the most basic background checks. The public has been denied the right to secure elections, and if you watch the videos at the bottom of this email, you will realize that even machines with a paper trail can easily be tampered with. Now every time a story that questions why polls don't match up with the vote totals, we can't feel secure in our voting system. Can an enemy state influence our elections? Please check out the following stories and videos of Congressional testimony, by a hacker that claims he wrote the software to hack the Florida Elections!
20 Facts about our election system:

"All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent" -- Thomas Jefferson

    1. 80% of all votes in America are counted by only two companies: Diebold and ES&S.

    2. There is no federal agency with regulatory authority or oversight of the U.S. voting machine industry.

    3. The vice-president of Diebold and the president of ES&S are brothers.

    4. Optically scanned ballots create a paper trail but if the machine count is manipulated enough not to trigger the percentage the law requires for a hand recount or if the law prohibits hand recounting, fraud continues unabbaited.

    5. Republican Senator Chuck Hagel used to be chairman of ES&S. He became Senator based on votes counted by ES&S machines.

    6. Republican Senator Chuck Hagel, was recently caught lying about his ownership of ES&S by the Senate Ethics Committee.

    8. ES&S is the largest voting machine manufacturer in the U.S. and counts almost 60% of all U.S. votes.

    9. Diebold's new touch screen voting machines have no paper trail of any votes. In other words, there is no way to verify that the data coming out of the machine is the same as what was legitimately put in by voters.

    10. Paper trails that are internal in the machine and can’t be seen by the voter are useless because they can be programmed to print the same false counts in hacked machines.

    11. In December 2005, Diebold's CEO Wally O'Dell left the company following reports that the company was facing securities fraud litigation surrounding charges of insider trading.

    12. Diebold employed 5 convicted felons as consultants and developers to help write the central compiler computer code that counted 50% of the votes in 30 states. The Senior Vice-President and Senior Programmer at Global Election Systems (GES) now called Diebold Election Systems, Jeff Dean, was convicted of 23 counts of felony theft for planting back doors in software he created for ATM. Court documents indicate Jeff Dean used a "high degree of sophistication" to evade detection. GES employed other convicted felons in senior positions, including a fraudulent securities trader and a drug trafficker. Diebold consultant Jeff Dean was convicted of planting back doors in his software and using a "high degree of sophistication" to evade detection over a period of 2 years

    13. Jeff Dean was Senior Vice-President of Global Election Systems when it was bought by Diebold. Even though he had been convicted of 23 counts of felony theft in the first degree, Jeff Dean was retained as a consultant by Diebold and was largely responsible for programming the optical scanning software now used in most of the United States.

    14. California banned the use of Diebold machines because the security was so bad. Despite Diebold's claims that the audit logs could not be hacked

    15. 30% of all U.S. votes are carried out on unverifiable touch screen voting machines with no paper trail.

    16. Diebold in Comal County, Texas, 2002, three Republican candidates each received exactly the same number of votes, 18,181 votes. An audit revealed that Diebold installed uncertified software on 17 Counties machines.

    17. In November 2002, Broward County officials admitted that software glitches had caused a failure to report 100,000 votes from turnout figures.

    18. Tarrant County, Texas: 58,000 votes cast, 158,103 votes counted (Mar. 9, 2006; The Fort-Worth Star-Telegram (Vote spike blamed on program snafu)

    19. A survey by South Florida's Sun-Sentinel determined that touch-screen voting machines made by ES&S and Sequoia Voting Systems failed to record votes eight times more often than optical scanners.

    20. Computer programmer Jeremiah Akin has demonstrated how to hack the Sequoia "WinEds" election management system to flip Spanish language votes to the wrong candidate.
    Flipping Democrazy:

"During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act." George Orwell

All American citizens must see Congressional video testimony, of hacker hired to flip the vote?

    Small Transcript:

Moderator: “Mr. Curtis are there programs that can be secretly used to fix elections?
    Mr. Curtis: Yes
Moderator: How do you know that to be the case?
Mr. Curtis: Because in October of 2000 I wrote a prototype for present congressman Tom Feeney at the company I work for in Lobeto Florida that did just that.
Moderator: And when you say it did just that it would rig an election?
Mr. Curtis: It would flip the vote 51 to 49 to whoever you wanted it to go to and whichever race you wanted to win.
Moderator: And would that program that you designed be something that elections officials that might be on county boards of elections could detect?
Mr. Curtis: They would never see it.

Here are some links to some pretty disturbing videos that also came in the e-mail. The first one I believe most of us have already seen:
