I ASKED: How can we assure that only U.S. citizens are voting?

ANSWER: We can't.

I ASKED: People who provide a SS# might only have a work or student visa. How do we know that they are being honest?

ANSWER: We have to take their word for it.

I SAID: That's extremely disturbing.

ANSWER: Yes it is, but you'll have to take that up with our legislators.
