It would rig an election?
It would flip the vote, 51-49. Whoever you wanted it to go to and whichever race you wanted to win.

And would that program that you designed, be something that elections officials... could detect?
They'd never see it.

In 2000, I was pre-recovery on my 12 step liberal recovery program,
so I thought the same. Now I feel better because I realize it doesn't
matter wrt illegal immigration .... unless you think Bush may have done
such a perceived hack job on national security that dems will get control
of both houses & then the borders will be open for bidness ASAP.
