    From what I understand there are two Dream Act bills here. The first one Gov. Brown signed awhile back which allows illegals to get money from private donations.

    Dream Act bill part 2 has passed the legislature and Brown probably will sign it but hasn't yet. Would allow illegal alien students to get grant money, as in money from the taxpayers. As if California has any money. Any money there is should ALL go to citizens.
