I hope that your staff will deliver this message to you on the floor before you vote on the In-state tuition for illegal aliens bill S. 1036.

I represent over 30,000 people nationally through Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) and while we support legal immigration, we oppose non emergency taxpayer benefits for illegals like in-state tuition.

We want you to know that the illegal aliens and their supporters have apparently gained insider information not available to the general public and have your direct e-mail address of senkean@njleg.org

The amount of calls and emails you are receiving about this bill are likely to be biased in their favor due to the insider information they have about your office.

Please be advised of this discrepancy in fairness to your constituents and please be advised that numerous scientific and certified polls from across the nation indicate that the public opposes in-state tuition for illegal aliens 66-81% opposed.

That is why this legislation has failed in most states including failing last year in Colorado and Arkansas were state legislatures with large Democratic majorities voted the bills down by large margins.

Please stand with the 80% of your constituents today that oppose in-state tuition for illegal aliens and please investigate to find out how illegal alien supporters gained access to contact information for your office that is not available to your constituents and the general public.
