Wayne Farms of Dobson, North Carolina hires illegal aliens. The aliens have told the few Americans that work here that they have come to reclaim their land that we stole form them in the Mexican War. They tell us that they have a right to be here because we stole their land. They have gang members all through out Wayne Farms plant and the surrounding Dobson and Mount Airy areas. There are gang signs all over the mens bathroom reading " Brown Latino", "Latin Kings", and "Mafia 13", just to name a few. The security officers are on a "code orange" for anyone that seems suspicious coming in the gate (like law enforcement officials). The security officers have to have their walkman on them at all times to report any suspicious people that try to enter the gates. There is a police scanner in the nurse's office that stays on all three shifts. The managers tell the Americans that they know the Immigrants are illegal but the Immigrants work better than the Americans. The Immigrants call the Americans lazy all the time and try to make us quit. If we tell the managers about the immigrants causing problems or provoking violence, the managers always side with the immigrants because they say that they are the majority. Another words, the managers over look the Americans rights because we are the minority. An immigrant chased an American around the parking lot with a knife and the police was not called and the man did not lose his job. That's very strange.The percentage of American workers there is less than 10%, and there are roughly 600 employees on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts combined. They are Guatemalan, Mexican, Korean, and that's just to name a few. The Mexican's are the majority out of them all that are illegal. Many of them have told to me and others that if they are deported again they will come back with a different Social Security number and Card. Most can't even speak English and come from the Tyson plant in North Wilksboro. Tyson fired them because they were illegal. Some live in North Wilksboro and come all the way to Wayne Farms in Dobson to work. There is a lot of drug trafficking and many of the men approach some of the Americans to try and sell us drugs. They also snort cocaine in the bathrooms. Many of the Americans are scared to make a report because they are afraid of losing their job. The news did a story on the plant about the gang violence in Dobson and Mount Airy but they weren't allowed to come through the gate. The news also reported that most of the parents of the gang members work here. There are many underage immigrants aorking here also. They are as young as 14. The Americans are always being treated unfairly on a daily basis and the immigrants do not like the Americans and give us a very hard time on the line. Some have asked why don't the Americans work at Tyson with the other Americans. One man asked me why come we don't go some where alse because this job is really for the illegal immigrants. There have been many fights between the Mexicans and Guatemalans but law enforcement has never been notified. The woman that hires people is an immigrant herself. Working at a chicken plant you are always around knives and you always have to watch you're back from fear that you might get stabbed. An American and a Mexican man got in a fight on first shift. The Mexican man was rehired on 2nd shift working under a different name, but they wouldn't rehire the American. The woman that hires said that she wouldn't rehire the American because he was fired for fighting. We desperately need your help. We do not know if these people are terrorists and they are starting to be the majority in Surry County and the leading race in violent acts against Americans. They are taking all of our jobs and we have contacted everyone that we know how(Virginia Foxx, Immigration and Naturalizatiion, ICE Border Patrol, Mike Easley, Richard Burr, and Senator Dole just to name a few). Please help as soon as possible.
