Thread: WE CANNOT SECURE BORDER

Bush say; We cannot control the border without a guest workers program. We can and we must secure the border or terrorist and drug smugglers will come in because there is no legal way they can enter. A guest workers program is not the answer. The answer is to cut off the incentives that brings them in illegally, like
(1) Repeal the 14th Amendment that allows them to stay if they give birth to an “anchor baby”
(2) Enforce the immigration law that makes it illegal for business to hire illegal immigrants. Those who do not have legal documents to be in this country and to work.
Those two things alone will solve the illegal entry problem. Those that are here who do not have legal documents with deport themselves because they will not be able to work. Others will not come without legal documents because they will not be able to work. Then and only then should we implement a temporary guest workers program.
No earned amnesty for those already here. Having roots here is not an excuse to give then amnesty because they had roots in Mexico and had no problem leaving. It is not our problem that they illegally put down roots here. We send our criminals to jail and they have roots and families to care for. Amnesty is just another name for a pardon and a reward for criminals who broke our immigration laws. There is no accurate way we can check their criminal background.(here or in Mexico) or determine how long they have been here and how much taxes they have or have not paid.
No, to nothing but legal documents to be here and work and business only hire those with legal documentation.
Nothing more has to be done except to stop terrorist and drug smugglers.
The cost of implementing anything beyond this is too high a price for the American people to pay.

Illegal immigration only benefits business and business pass profits on to the government. It does not benefits Americans. They do not pass profits on the Americans. We do not pay less for products, we end up paying more. Illegal immigratns benefits business, in that it has nothing to do with endless supply of cheap labor, but about endless supply of labor which help business to produce more products and therfore sell amd make more money. With an endless supply of people (illegal immigraints)to buy products produces.

Bush WON'T secure the border with Mexico because he has signed an agreement with Mexico not to, behind the American citizens back!
