In the spring, March I think it was, Trump asked for them to be added to the Obama 2017 Continuing Resolution for last year's budget. He got about $1.6 billion for border security but the Democrats blocked additional interior enforcement including the additional ICE agents. Currently, the 10,000 additional ICE Agents are in the DAVIS-OLIVER ACT and also requested in the DHS FY 2018 Federal Budget. They are also going to be part of the negotiations on this stupid DACA deal. We can't get them with the 60 vote filibuster rule, that's why Trump is making such a huge stink over that rule with Mitch McConnell.

I see it both ways, so I've no answer on that one, but unless there's some budget reconciliation way to get them or we can convince 8 Dems to vote with us on cloture and 2 or 3 to vote with us on the bill itself, it won't happen. The Democratic Party has been building it's majority through illegal immigration and massive legal immigration for decades on false and disgusting "race" cards.

This may be the reality that Trump is trying to use a DACA deal to expose and or maneuver around for all the immigration bills we want. We'll have to see. So the only real solution is more Democrats uniting with Republicans at the grassroots level to say YES to all of the immigration bills we want and need.

So basically the Democrats are holding us hostage. We either agree to the relentless invasion of our country or else. Absolutely disgusting!

Yes, Democrats are holding our entire country and 250 million citizens hostage to continued illegal immigration and massive legal immigration to change our country from an independent, self-sufficient, happy, solvent nation to the world's largest socialist radical debt-ridden, flea-bitten, angry and unstable banana republic.

We need either 8 more Republicans in the US Senate, elimination of the 60 vote cloture rule, 8 conservative Dems to vote with us on cloture and 2 or 3 to vote with us on bills, or more unity of Republicans we have now with more creativity to use reconciliation to fix our country.
