Threat to Kill
Is is against the law to threaten someones life?
If so,why can`t we file a suit against "Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez", founder of La Raza, says: "We have an aging white America.... They are dying.... They are ******** in their pants with fear! I love it!" He goes on, "We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst," we have got to kill him]
Being a "Gringo",is this not a threat to my life?
Who put Jose Angel Gutierrez" above the law?

I agree. I found that quote about a year ago and it doesn't seem to have had any reprecussions at all. This jerk needs to be brought up on charges.

But, it seems as though this has all gone by the wayside. And it is the left that is advocating for separating into groups (multiculturalism) and treating one group different than the other. Now it is ok to discriminate against and threaten white people. The obvious reverse discrimination that is going on is having the effect of causing otherwise well-meaning and fair-minded people to harden their attitudes. I can't see where this is going to lead to any good place. People are not going to go quietly into that good night.

The Department of Justice Website for Civil Rights.
http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/legalinfo/natlorg-eng.htm
Excerpt
The Division also enforces laws that prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability, protects the civil rights of persons who are institutionalized in certain state or local facilities, and prosecutes crimes that are motivated by a crime victim's race, color, or national origin.
In some cases, the Division may only become involved if there is a "pattern or practice" of discrimination. A "pattern or practice" generally means that there is more than a single incident of discrimination, and that there is a policy or repeated conduct that is discriminatory.
CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS
* A young man of South Asian descent is assaulted as he leaves a concert at a nightclub. The assailant, a member of a skinhead group, yells racial epithets as he beats the victim unconscious in the club's parking lot with fists and a pipe.
* At Ku Klux Klan meetings, a Klansman tells other members that Mexicans and Puerto Ricans should go "back where they came from." They burn a cross in the front yard of a young Hispanic couple in order to frighten them and force them to leave the neighborhood. Before burning the cross, the defendant displays a gun and gives one of his friends another gun in case the victims try to stop them.
* An American company recruits workers in a small Mexican town, promising them good work at high pay. The company smuggles the Mexicans to the United States in an empty tanker truck. When they finally arrive in the U.S., the workers are threatened, told that if they attempt to leave their factory they will be killed.
The Criminal Section of the Civil Rights Division prosecutes people who are accused of using force or violence to interfere with a person's federally protected rights because of that person's national origin. These rights include areas such as housing, employment, education, or use of public facilities. You can reach the Criminal Section at (202) 514-3204 or write to:

La Raza needs to be infiltrated and exposed again and again. First of all, we need to stop all of the government grants going to them.

This is what I sent to the Board of Trustees at USM--Hope it does some good
First of all, I would like to state a quote made by La Raza, which is really discusting.
"We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him." Jose Gutierrez - La Raza
I have found the following on line. I think you need to investigate this. It's turning out that La Raza is the center for discrimination throughout this country.
"At Michigan State University La Raza supporters are given "teaching fellowships" yet they routinely try to block White students from attending. The Detroit media is now in a heated campaign to discredit the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative by portraying it as racist against Blacks, yet they refuse to address the real issues, that is, that University admissions policies are already racist against white people and that government grants at the university level often go to who are advocating killing Whites."
I am from Florida, but just wanted you folks to know. These "teaching fellowships" should be available to everyone, wouldn't you agree? Thankyou for your time.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I'm probably in the wrong frame of mind to be even here tonight, but I will give my two cents worth.
These people are like the far left anarchists who know how to skirt the law. They do and say what is barely under the line of being illegal and unacceptable in our society.
It is unfortunate that our own courts refuse to recognize that although we are a nation of laws, we have become legalistic about those laws.
We follow those laws when it comes to dealing with these people, without using any common sense. Therefore, people who would verbally abuse and threaten us, go unpunished, whereas about 50 years ago they would have been held accountable for thse actions, not only by the courts, but by our society as a whole.
Another point is that the reason we are here, being abused by hate spewing vermin, is that our society refuses to turn away from this modern way of life that makes us targets. The majority have either lost all common sense, or they simply go forward in their lives blindly hoping someone will "do something about it all".
I wish they could be prosecuted for spreading their hateful ideology, I know that in Oregon, the skinheads leaderof the Aryan Nations, was prosecuted for it. His message had been taken seriously by some demented young thugs who murdered a new immigrant from Somalia, and the leader was held financially responsible, he lost everything.
However, we are talking about white people who did wrong, so it is different, I mean, these are Latino people, oppressed vicitms who spew hate speech and advocate killing of white people, you know they cannot be held accountable for their wrong doings!!!!!"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, Brave, Hated, and Scorned.
