Thread: Go To Local Commish Meeting and State Capitals

After we win this Dream Act we need to find out when our local meetings are . Usually they are held on a week night at 7pm .

These are the people who will soon be in the house and senate making laws and ammending them .

Read "Taking America Back " and other books that tell you how to start local . Most you can check out at library .

Call the Board of County Comissioners . Most meet 2 evenings a month .

State capitals find out when the lesgislators will be meeting . Expect to see hundreds of lobbist , 'usually not fighting for America ' but fighting for those who keep them in office and power .

Ask everyone you know and meet if they will go .

You will get a rude awakenng of their arrogance . When I spoke at the Capital 4 years ago , they were only attentive when a lobbyist spoke [ about 400 lobbyist were there ' for the rest of us standing room only ' ] . They even had the nerve to sit back and talk on their phones while some of us spoke . I was angry by the time it got to me . At first I was stage struck and couldn't speak or remember what I came to say . Just open your mouth and talk ,it will come back to you . They sat up and listend to me , ' I have a big mouth ' like that woman I dispise Hillery '.

What do yall think about this idea ?
