Next week the Senate will consider the Defense Authorization bill and Senator Harry Reid has announced that he will offer the Dream Act as an amendment to the bill. the bill itself has to be brought to floor with a motion to proceed must pass first. and need 60 votes. if vote fails. the bill wont go to the floor.

McCain leading to oppose motion to succeed.

Vote Early Tuesday Afternoon.

if bill passes. series of amendments offered.
Dingy Harry Reid can invoke cloture on amendment for final vote.
