As some groups move ever closer to embracing the agendas of foreign governments, should they not be required to register under FARA?

Our union, UBC, not only has an agenda of aggressively going after Hispanic members-to-be, it has even solicited funds on behalf of a deported Mexican national, convicted of document fraud. Not all unions have taken such a drastic position, but those comprising the Change to Win Coalition certainly have, IMO.

So where is the line? This excerpt from a US.gov webpage defines the criteria:

The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) was enacted in 1938. FARA is a disclosure statute that requires persons acting as agents of foreign principals in a political or quasi-political capacity to make periodic public disclosure of their relationship with the foreign principal, as well as activities, receipts and disbursements in support of those activities. Disclosure of the required information facilitates evaluation by the government and the American people of the statements and activities of such persons in light of their function as foreign agents. The FARA Registration Unit of the Counterespionage Section (CES) in the National Security Division (NSD) is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Act.

I know our Congressmen and federal agents are very busy, and I don't want to burden them with much more stuff, when there is plenty to do already. My greater motivation would be to make organizations that have not even considered this requirement to think twice about the path they are headed down. Yeah, I know...it's just one step, but they add up in time. The reason I focus on unions is because they are very pivotal in this entire issue. My thanks to the contributors from the IBEW. Sadly, your success in resticting illegals does not transfer very well to other unionized groups that do not have the strict licensing requirements that electricians have. Some unions, one might say, are porous.

Well, what other groups would the FARA apply to? Serious comments only, please. I will not be held responsible for reckless suggestions. But this is one, out of perhaps other, administrative hurdles that could come into play, to affect the illegitimate globalist agenda. I believe lobbying the US Congress is a serious step for any group, and for it to be, if only in part, controlled by foreign principals perhaps might be stepping over the line.
