Will require CSU (CA State university) and UC (University of California) to make $7.1 million dollars available to illegal alien students that attended at least 3 years of high school in CA in the form of Financial aid, on top of them getting in state tuitions, which American citizens from other statesdo not qualify for,Please Note that this bill has passed a vote in the Califronia assembly and await the Governor signature.
