Califronia Senate Bill 160 by Gil Cedillo (one bill Gil ). Will require CSU (CA State university) and UC (University of California) to make $7.1 million dollars available to illegal alien students that attended at least 3 years of high school in CA in the form of Financial aid, on top of them getting in state tuitions, which American citizens from other statesdo not qualify for,Please Note that this bill has passed a vote in the Califronia assembly and await the Governor signature. I think the illegal should reimburse California for educating them in public schools. Pay back that cost instead of giving them more free education.

There is a 1996 federal law that prohibits states from offering in-state tuition rates to illegal immigrants unless that state also offers the same benefit to all U.S. citizens?

(a) In general
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an alien who is not
lawfully present in the United States shall not be eligible on the

any postsecondary education benefit unless a citizen or national of
the United States is eligible for such a benefit (in no less an
amount, duration, and scope) without regard to whether the citizen
or national is such a resident.
(b) Effective date
This section shall apply to benefits provided on or after July 1,
1998.

What hypocrites some elected representatives are! How many times have we heard various states elected representatives say, it's the federal governments responsibility to fix the illegal immigration problem. Yet, when the situations suits them, they circumvent federal law to further their own agenda by pandering to pro-illegal immigrant advocacy groups. I'm hear to tell you, we live in very troubled times.

This is absurd and is NOT fair to our children who HAVE HAD TO PAY OUT OF STATE TUITION!

Why are illegals getting more financial aid when we HAVE A STATE, LA...AND A CITY LIKE NEW ORLEANS...AND PARTS OF MISSISSIPPI That DESPERATELY Need financial help rebuilding????? If money is going to be given away...why not help our own????

The truth is, although you will never hear anywhere because it is not politicly correct is as follows:
More and more hispanics are being elected to higher positions in state governments, a large number of them have an agenda of advancing the cause of hispanics in the state they are at, their loyalty is more toward Mexico than the USA, and can care less about the rest of the citizen that live in those states.
with more illegal aliens and hispanics in general, those politician have a much better chance of being re-elected.
the brain dead Americans that vote for those people are an embarasment to this country.
take a look at CA state senator Gil Sedillo, all he did since going into office a few years ago is to introduce bill after bill trying to give criminal illegals drivers licenses, now he want illegal students to get state financial aid for college and in state tuitions, which Americans from other states do not qualify for.
Another senator like Nell soto also CA, introduced SB 626 in which if you were cought driving without a license and you never applied for one before, the police can impound your car for only 24 hours, but if you are a citizen cought driving with a suspended or expired license, the police should impound your car for up to 30 days and you pay for it. tell me who will be driving without ever applying for a license other than illegals.
I'm totaly not racist, but that kind of behaviour make you think, what is the hidden agenda of those people, In my personal opinion they are all part of a bigger plan that is trying to let hispanics take over and have full control of a big part of the united states and that is not far fetched. just follow the actions.
If the American people do not wake up, and elect people that care about this country, if they keep electing those cowards that continue to give up piece by piece of this country to foreing invadors, we will all pay a huge price.

This is exactly their plan! The amnesty is part of their plan...and bush has his own plan...so amnesty works for him too. He has enough money and so will his daughters that will keep them out of the garbage his is allowing for the middle class and low income. He doesn't deserve any honor or respect as far as I'm concerned. He is a traitor! He sleeps with corporate business and they or bush cannot get enough! They are pathetic!
