What if we brought back Prop 187 and voted for it nationwide
If the entire country votes and it passes shouldn't they then 'amend' the constitution?
The people of this country are fed up with supporting another countries freeloading societal detritus.

Welcome to ALIPAC 5
If prop 187 can pass overwhelmingly in the State of California it would win by a landslide Nationally. I think the measure would have to be put on each state ballot though and it would then be tied up in the state courts for years. The best option is to get something out of Congress.

California passed it in 1999 by a 57 % margin only to have it shot down by one judge. Gray Davis denied the appeal. No wonder he was recalled. It agree, it should be brought up in Congress.
