What's the backstory on Obama's new Executive Order?

Is this a cover for Holder's Fast and Furious activities? Or just routine? Looks fishy to me.

Through the Looking Glass: the Injustice Department

Regarding M. Catharine Evans blog article on the recently issued Executive Order, Blocking Property of Transnational Criminal Organizations, I find a number of things to be rather curious. For instance, of the four listed target organizations, two, the Yakuza and Camorra have been around for hundreds of years: the Yakuza since the Edo Period, and the Camorra back to the 1500's. It would be enlightening to see the Administration's justification for suddenly finding them a national threat after all that time. The Brothers' Circle is such an imminent threat that a Wikipedia search yields this while Googling that term yields nothing more than hits on the Obama executive order. Should we not expect to find some mentions of their menace if they are truly a national threat worthy of listing in a presidential edict?

And this whole issue becomes, as Alice would say, "Curioser and curioser," when we look at what organizations are not listed. Of the several Mexican and South American drug cartels which in fact do represent direct threats to this country, on one, the Zetas, is listed. Why no mention of the dreaded Gulf Cartel, the Juarez Cartel or the Tijuana Cartel whose areas of influence encompass large areas of the states on our southern border? Why no mention of the sinister Sinaloa Cartel and their paramilitary wing, Los Negros, originally formed to counter the only cartel mentioned in this order, Los Zetas, but now an independent organization?

It should be fairly obvious who and what the real target is here: the Mexican Zetas, and the explanation for that may lie in their key role in the now unraveling mess that was Operation Fast and Furious. Google "Operation Fast and Furious-Zetas," and the hits just keep on coming, page after page after page of them. The most interesting of those deal with claims by the Zetas' leadership that they bought military-grade weaponry directly from the U.S. government.

Could it be that this new executive order empowering the executive branch to deal more decisively and forcefully with the listed criminal enterprises is actually a tool to help the Obama administration put a lid on the possibly criminal interactions between the Zetas and American governmental agencies that are now the subject of an investigation in the House by Congressman Darrell Issa? Is the inclusion of the ancient Yakuza and Camorra, as well as the unknown Brothers' Circle, merely a rather clumsy, inept attempt to prevent the real purpose of the order from appearing too obvious?

To get to the truth of the surreal activities of the Obama Justice Department and its sub-agencies, Congressman Issa may very well find it necessary to step Through The Looking Glass to conduct his investigation of the Holder Injustice Department.

I think this is starting to sound paranoid. Even if Obama has the executive power, the Republican congressmen mentioned there have quite a lot of experience to draw upon in getting past that, if necessary.

Obama sees exposure for arming the Zetas.

So he creates the lie he is opposing them via an Executive order that may not be enforced at all or that will be enforced selectively.

In fact, Obama's order fans out concerns away from just the Zetas that he has been buying guns and equipment for. He places other less talked about bogeymen on the table.

Just like how he had Morton create the Dream Act Amnesty across America for illegal aliens and then goes to La Raza to make a speech about how he just cant do that alone. (yea right)

When Obama does something very bad or gets caught doing something, he immediately creates the counter story lie and the press runs with that version while hiding the truth for him.

With Glenn Beck gone from Fox, there is nobody left on any of the major networks that would openly stand against Obama.
