I think you're right.

We just haven't had enough time to fully inform the Mexican Government of their whereabouts yet.

Once Mexico knows what areas its citizens need to avoid, the troops will be deployed.

Maybe Vicente Fox has apprehended them and Jorge is "begging" for their release.
That wouldn't surprise me. It's not as though Mexico would hesitate to do such a thing. You KNOW how "seriously" they take U.S. !!

We all knew from the beginning that his was a mere political ploy to shut us up..to keep us off the streets, to stop the calls and faxing and emailing...to keep the House from feeling threatened about the upcoming election.
