It's up to you to make that decision, houston.

For me I'm for Mitt Romney and it's because I think he is well qualified and well rounded with experience for the position. I don't think that he's the lesser of six evils, I believe that his is capable of handling the position of POTUS. I think that he hears us and I think that he would like to try to stand up for us aware of the many forces that push against us.

I'm not looking for a "perfect president", because I doubt there is a person who could be a "perfect president". But I believe that he could be a good president if he wants to be and I'm convinced that he does want to be.

I think the answer to this is something that you just have to decide for yourself.

Every person will have to vote for the available candidate that each person feels represents him/her self the 'best'. Obviously, there are candidates with good qualities on a range of issues. At the same time, expecting all or even many people here to agree on a single 'best one' is a difficult and unlikely prospect. It only makes sense that W/ALIPAC do not officially endorse any single candidate.

It looks to me like McAmnesty is going to win this thing, so I will cast my vote for Ron Paul. Ron Paul making an independent run this year against McAmnesty and Clinton/Obama will be our only chance to vote against illegal immigration. Even if Paul comes in third in a general election, I refuse to vote for McShame or Hitlery/Osama.

I agree with this. Plus, among the four viable candidates now of each party (Hillary, Obama, Romney & McCain), Romney is BY FAR the strongest against amnesty.

It would be nice if he were doing more to encourage legal trade, travel and investment in Mexico to complement full immigration enforcement here but Romney is the best candidate I think.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I am somewhat stunned by all of those who have written Ron Paul off. Viable canidates? Perhaps the media has done a real good job of paring the canidates down. Ron Paul has the money to keep going. This could well be a very historical election. Nine months is a long time in campaign terms.

I like many things about Ron Paul, including his amendment to end Birthright Citizenship. I would like to see him have a greater percentage and a greater visibility, but the mainstream media will not allow it. I like things about Mike Huckabee too, but will not vote for him based on the illegal immigration issue and other liberal stances.

Legal points out we are not going to get perfect. Many people, including many conservatives strong against illegal immigration have decided to endorse Romney. This is late in the game for sure. McCain has had the media and the Democrats helping him to be declared the winning Republican candidate.

I am hoping for a resistance to McCain right up to the Republican Convention and on the Floor. We must keep telling the American people what John McCain will do to the United States. Once Amnesty is given, it is over for America. Family members flooding in, more foreign workers, the 20 million and their families and others and the services and benefits and welfare and jobs lost and, and.

In my opinion our immigration system is messed up, the legal part too, allowing nations unfriendly and full of hatred toward America to dump or send their citizens here without real vetting or background checking and without any thought for the fact that many of these people do not want to live a Western world life. Their laws and their religions cannot survive in the United States of America. But, there are nations accommodating to their beliefs and practices. Sharia Law and the Constitution and democracy are incompatible. Look to Britain, France, Denmark, and elsewhere. It is not a pretty picture.

Stories here on Alipac give us a further peek in to what lies ahead for America with out of control immigration and illegal immigration. Muslim medics refusing to wash and practice hygiene because of their religion. Great to spread disease and germs. Clean hands, arms, clothes, instruments, facilities are vital to stop disease. Muslims obtaining jobs in businesses and then telling the business what they will not sell. Cab drivers who won't allow dogs because of their religion. This does not mean that Muslims cannot live and thrive in America, just as others of differing religions and faiths, but they must be able to assimilate if they desire to become Americans. Americans by the thousands every year attempt to become nursing students but our government has gutted the program that provides faculty and facilities. IBM and others seek outside of the United States for engineers when there are engineers here.

Why is it that many countries that identify more with the United States seem to be low on the list of sending countries? We seem to have more people coming from third world nations and illegal aliens flooding in as well. Don't we care about education level, intent for coming, the ability to support oneself and one's family?

    Keep getting the message out.
