Illegal Aliens Hold American Values? Depends How You Define "Value"

In his non-stop and foolhardy promotion of illegal aliens as good hearted, hard working folks, our naive president constantly argues that those coming here illegally from Mexico should be welcomed en masse because they hold values common to Americans.

Really? Is selling one's five-month old child for a down payment on a car purchase a widely accepted American value? One that Americans are looking for in prospective citizens?

Yet, that is apparently what happened in Pueblo Colorado recently.

Pueblo Police say they responded to a tip that an infant had been sold by his mother. Police say 23-year-old Nicole Uribe, a Mexican national, sold her baby boy to a couple on February 21.

Court documents show Uribe sold the baby for $10,000 cash. She then put a down payment on a Dodge Intrepid.

“Mom obviously wanted to get rid of the child for one reason or another and these other people were willing to take the child and then there was an exchange of monetary money." said Sgt. Brett A. Wilson with the Pueblo Police Department.

Police say Uribe sold the baby to 28-year-old Irene and 48-year-old Jose-Juan Lerma, who are also both Mexican nationals.

Oh, Uribe is also on "immigration hold" because she is in America illegally.

Since the buyers of the baby are "Mexican Nationals", does that mean they are illegal? If so, why aren't they on "hold" as well.

They bring great values, where it is ok to sell a baby, ok to drink and drive, ok to have sex with 13 year olds, or animals. Is this what we want here?

Good question. The story identifies them only as Mexican nationals and says their immigration status is being investigated.

How much do you wanna bet that they are as illegal as murder?

since all parties are mexican nationals they need to be repatriated and mexico needs to sort through it. we have spent enough of our money on these invaders.

They could be Mexican Nationals legally present with proper documents. We'll have to watch for the completion of the investigation. However, why would there be an investigation if these persons had shown their valid documents? There was a problem.

Was suspicious because the press seems to use the terms illegal and national interchangeably.

I don't call having sex with a 14 year old, aside from raping her and urinating outside in the yard morales. Some of these illegals have no morales.
