Besides the usual questions and point we have covered on Alipac I have a lot of questions that I'm sure our sell outs in congress won't consider.

Does the Dream Act say what kind of school the immigrants must attend? Do internet diplomas or study at home courses count where you supposedly study to get your degree? Does the LaRaza school of (fill in the blank) count? I can see these being opened up because our colleges and trade schoolds won't have enough places for them.

Will they get special treatment because of their race or country they came from thereby leaving our kids behind?

Will they have some kind of e-verify or something to prove that these kids aren't stealing someone else's identity? How will our government be able to prove that the illegals are the person or even the age they say they are?

If a kid gets an A in esl will they put on the same track for college as an Honor Student who gets an A? For those who don't know ESL students are typically behind their fellow students by at least 2-3 years if not more. What if these kids have an ACT or SAT score that proves they aren't college material? Will they get a pass anyway?

What about those who were deported by raids? Will they be allowed to come back to the US as long as they go to school or join the military?

Will US citizens even get a say in whether this Act passes or not?

How many will have dual citizenship? How many will be loyal to the US?

What if they can't speak English? Will we be forced to make concessions for them?

How many immigration and anti-American lawyers will we get out of this?

I could go on and on but I've got to get back to work!
