Wish I were a billionaire
If I were a billionaire then maybe I could get the word out to the public. I am so frustrated with the mainstream media. If I had the money could I start my own newspaper? Could I have my own tv station? Or would that even be barred somehow? On second hand, if I were a billionaire I could offer a lot of money to elected officials and they would 'owe me' eh? Just thought it would be interesting to throw around for discussion. Any billionaires out there?

The more you have, the more you want. The more money you have, the more troubles you will have. There's more to the big picture than just money. Money can solve problems, but not all of them.
No, not a billionaire here to be found, but I don't know for sure. If I run into one, I will point them your way..after I ask them for a small loan..Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Lunch With Warren Buffett Sells for $620,100
By Jonathan Stempel, Reuters
NEW YORK (June 30) - Dining at a steakhouse can be a costly affair. Dining at a steakhouse with billionaire investor Warren Buffett is now a very costly one.
Lunch with the world's second-richest person went for $620,100 in an online charity auction on eBay Inc., topping last year's $351,100 record for the fundraiser.
Yongping Duan, a 45-year-old investor from Palo Alto, California, won the date, using the moniker "fastisslow." He topped a $620,000 bid by "magicyourlife." The weeklong auction ended Thursday night. It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.

If I was a billionaire, I could purchase a nice little piece of heaven on Bora Bora Island and never have to worry about U.S. politics again.
...but I wouldn't do that. Well, maybe I would have a vacation home in Bora Bora, but I would still be here fighting for truth, justice, and the American way (someone's gotta do it!).

countfloyd I was thinking about having that 600thou lunch with Warren but decided I'll just stop by that place in Amarillo with the 72oz steak for $70. Besides if you can eat it all in 1 hour it's free.
