If they don't come here to hurt anyone why not come the legal way? What a crock of Bulls**t.

They're hurting us by overcrowding, using our welfare, taking our jobs, breaking our laws!!!!!

Our hospitals are closeing because they can't pay and thats just a start. Give me a break, they are ruining America. Go the hell back!

I agree, I long for the good old days where we could concentrate on building and bettering our nation and our society rather than struggling just to keep it from disintegrating into one of those 3rd world cesspool things.

Mr. Gonzalez may be telling the truth in that he and many of them don't come to intentionally hurt anyone, but just to find work -- certainly some of them do come to hurt, though. And, I suspect that he is telling the truth in that he doesn't understand politics much, which is fine because who does? The problem is not that he doesn't understand politics, but that he doesn't understand or care about population growth, doesn't understand or care that the services we provide have to come from someplace, doesn't understand or care that he is lowering the wages of our citizens, doesn't understand or care that our nation and resources can only give so much without collapse, doesn't understand or care that we want to preserve our customs, heritage, and language as he wants to preserve his, doesn't understand or care that he will be used as a pawn to advance the political power of those La Raza first and foremost types. If he did understand and care about those things, then he could fix his homeland rather than destroying ours.

The most sad, scary, and disgusting thing is that our politicians, our economists, our CEOs, our media, and many of our neighbors are as ignorant and uncaring as Mr. Gonzalez and considerably more greedy and power hungry than Mr. Gonzalez.

You nailed it, Bluehills...you left out one small thing...Mr Gonzalez neither knows nor cares about or laws. He's doing the same thing the politicos do...he's benefitting himself at someone else's expense.

You have to realize that those who do come to work here don't come with the intent of hurting anything. They don't have any concept of how much harm comes from 20 million people who don't belong in this country living off our welfare system. To them, we are one long gravy train.

Does anyone remember Paul Harvey's little story about 'Just one little drop of rain?' I think that's a good analogy for what's happening here. One little drop of rain does no harm, but connected to fifty million little drops of rain it becomes a ravaging flood. The illegal aliens have ravaged this land as tho they were fifty million little drops of rain or fifty million locusts or whatever else you can think of harmless by ones and twos...devastating in numbers.

No doubt whatsoever they do harm. Even ONE is harmful in this case. But the fact remains that way too many are too ignorant to know the harm they are causing. And that is PART of the harm.
