Here is the statement from the person advertising this:

QUOTE:"The ID check is a joke. I am without papers. I was ask for drivers
license. I said "What, do I need license to vote? What law is say I
need drivers license to vote?" So they say we need two form of
documents to show where you live. They say is good enough to show
utility bill. So i showed them two utility bills and they issue as
voter ID card. The card is sent to address shown on utility bill in
    about 1 week later.

Then later I moved to another address in another county and use the
same procedure. Just showed them two utility bills. Now I am register
two places, and have vote in both places. Is not two vote is better
    than one?

All we have to do is vote and eventually we will have everything we
    want."

There are no words I can use (because of mod edit) to discribe how I feel right now!

This illegal voting sceme is a one trick pony! All we have to do is claim election fraud and call for a recount. That will clean a lot of them off the rolls and I hope get them smacked, with the fines they diserve.

"the penalty for lying on the voter-registration form is a maximum five-year prison sentence or a $10,000 fine."

What is the punishment for actually casting a ballot?

I'm writing Yahoo. The way the individual states things, it smacks of a threat for government takeover via subversive tactics - which is against every piece of anti-terrorism legislation on the books.

I'm willing to bet that Yahoo could be charged as an accessory to a party who desires to take over the Unites States through illegal/unconstitutional voting practices.

We had some local elections here in California yesterday. I went to vote and found that my district had been changed which meant I was at the wrong polling place and my name was not on their list.

They simply had me fill out a provisional form so that my vote would be sent to the correct polling place and then I was allowed to vote.

I was NOT asked for a single piece of indentification! No proof of who I am or where I live. NOTHING. I could have been from Mars and still voted.
