For ease of distinguishing between the Democrats and Republicans, I bolded all the Democrats. Additionally, I bolded the lone Independent that normally votes with the Democrats.

Note (1): Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who will replace Rep. Hastert as House Speaker should the Democrats gain control of the House, shares the bottom spot at 2% with Rep. Pastor (D-AZ).

Note (2): Biggest surprise of the list for me is Sen. Byrd (D-WV) who rates an A with 94%. I didn't expect a Democrat to finish that high. Also, interestingly he is the oldest member of the Senate. I think the man is in his 90's.

Did anyone notice Sen. Frist's grade of D+ at 34%? And to think, this man is retiring from the Senate to make a run at the presidential seat in 2008. If I was him, I'd just give up politics and go back to heart surgery - Lord knows he's being staying in practice - he ripped the heart out of my chest when he voted for the S. 2611 amnesty bill.

I thought Mr. Tancredo had a higher number than this. In my book, he is a 100%

I'm 99% sure he voted against that insane giveaway unenforceable senate amnesty bill. He's obviously his own man and doesn't follow the crowd. Impressive for sure.

He was the only Democrat in the Senate to actively lobby and vote against shamnesty.

Still, I'm surprised by some of those grades.

Good on him, I wish other Democrats would follow his example!
