On Friday, police in Raleigh arrested Edvin Javier Lopez Argueta, 32, after he reportedly raped a young girl on multiple occasions.
The News & Observer reported:
Arrest warrants said the incidents happened in 2008, when the girl was 8, and 2009.

Argueta has been charged with four counts of first-degree sexual offense and two counts of first-degree rape.
Argueta is currently being held at the Wake County Detention Center. His next court date is scheduled for Dec. 9.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of immigration enforcement at the federal level, and the institution of so-called 'sanctuary policies' at the local level, North Carolina's children have been paying a heavy price for cheap labor.
