Priority 2:
While we feel that lawsuits are the least likely way we will win and we know that many Republicans like John Boehner are using lawsuits as a ruse to support Obama's amnesty plans while appearing to oppose it, we are ready to fight Obama by any means necessary.
Thus, we are encouraged by the fact that 19 states have quickly joined Texas in suing Obama over this unlawful amnesty decree.

Get on the phones to your state governor right away! If they are already in the lawsuit tell them, "Thank Governor ______ for opposing the Obama, Boehner, McConnell illegal immigration amnesty plot by joining the lawsuit!" If they are not on the list in the article yet, call your governor to say, "I want my Governor to have our state join the 17 states suing Obama over his unlawful amnesty plot with Boehner and McConnell!"
