It must be AOK to drive illegally,if you're illegal .Because I see the same illegals arrested over and over for the same crime!!! If u or I got pulled over with no ID our butts would be in jail until they knew who we are!!!!!

Community Policing says Mob Rules and designates authority over the Constitution, IMO. Then again, what do I know? In my lifetime, I never thought I would see a group of Police Officers leading an angry mob of people through a crime ridden neighborhood in protest of local crime. The angry mob was the apparent epitome of perfection . Wyatt Earp challenged a mob once, and said you'll have to come through me first, which is exemplerary behavior within a Republic ruled by a set of laws (like the U.S.), not a Democracy ruled by the majority. Once they lowered the standard for Law Enforcement officers, I believe in the 90's, it all went to something else.

It has been stated many times that mexicans are trying to create a majority population within certain States in the Union. Under Community Policing, if mob does rule, the mexican voice will over shadow all others, and dictate law if mexicans take over a certain area. Gil Cedillo lives in a Majority Hispanic area from what I know, so his bill is certain to have weight, considering California has a large number of Hispanics. It is a shame, the Constitution gives illegals nothing, but the majority says different. California is a Republic, but.... it is beginning to look like a Democracy.

I hope these bills move really slowly and then die a slow death
so that we can keep seizing the cars of illegal aliens here in CA.
