When is her deportation hearing?

Should have been during the procedure via SKYPE and then loaded up and bused over the border...the SAME one she entered through no matter where she came from.

It should have been at the border before she was even transferred to DHHS. This is a runaway, a minor, who should have been immediately returned to her home country AT THE BORDER. I don't know what our government is thinking by not returning these minors to their home country immediately. Makes no sense. It's weird and very creepy. I realize this is something Obama started, but there's a new President, a new Congress, and this nonsense needs to stop right now. You have minors at the border, you call their home country immediately and tell them to come get them immediately. There is no scenario I can think of that justifies transferring these minors to Health and Human Services instead of holding them for pick-up at the border or wherever they're found for pick-up by the home country immediately.
