I am pro-choice with limits.
But any and all pregnant illegal aliens need to be booted off our soil and OUT of our hospitals ASAP. They need to be "fast tracked" out of here and NO chance to get abortion here. Go do it on your soil.
We are not the abortion clinic for every pregnant illegal leech that slithers across our border or for the World.ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE "BROKEN" OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM

Oh I totally agree on booting them out. But I differ on the abortion, as long as they pay for it, I don't care what they do so long as we don't pay for it, it's their choice until we boot them out of here with their kids if they choose to have them. I don't see any advantage to the United States by denying them access to an abortion while they're in our country and especially denying minors access while they're in federal custody, is without question a violation of US and State Laws.
Sessions was dead wrong on this case, and the sooner he shuts up about his perverse mistake and loss on the issue in the courts, the better off both he and our country will be, seems to me.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan

JUDY, we the taxpayers paid for her abortion, she did not pay a dime
This is a terrible situation. What the activist judge did in ruling this illegal alien had a constitutional
Right to a taxpayer funded abortion, opened the border to all foreigners to come to the United States for a free abortion
This is a nightmare for us and if the court doesn't reverse it's ruling, not only will we be subsidizing all illegal aliens and there anchor babies but now taxpayers will pay the cost to be the world's free abortion clinic

No, lorrie, taxpayers DID NOT pay for her abortion. That was a lie circulated by the Pro-Life organizations. No federal funds can be used to pay for an abortion in the United States, except to save the life of the mother or in the event of rape or incest. That's been the law since 1977. The Pro-Life people lied about taxpayers paying for the abortion. Sessions even lied about it in an interview with Brett Baier who mistakenly said at taxpayers expense and Sessions said "yeah". That was a lie all the way around.
In accordance with federal law, the Court Rulings stipulated that she was entitled to access to an abortion at her expense or with private funds. The anti-abortion advocates lied about it because they knew it would be helpful to their cause to lie about who was paying for it and incite outrage about using taxpayer funds. A lot of Americans don't know about the Hyde Amendment of 1977 that prohibits the use of any federal taxpayer funds being used to pay for an abortion in the United States except to save her life or in the event of rape or incest, none of which applied here. In fact, no US foreign aid can even be used in other countries now to pay for abortions or even educate about abortions.
There are 17 states that use their own state money in their Medicaid program to fund abortions, but Texas is not one of those where this abortion was performed. It was paid for either by her or with private funds, no federal or state taxpayer money was involved. No federal money is ever involved in an elective abortion, not since 1977.

Illegal aliens have had that reason since 1974, much longer in some states. There's nothing new going on here with that, what's new is an Attorney General violating the US Constitution and trying to force a young girl into childbirth against her will and in violation of our laws.
Where have you been for the past 43 years? How many childless illegal aliens have you met in the last 43 years? How many have you read about? How many pictures of female illegal aliens have you seen that didn't have a litter with her? This young girl didn't sneak across our border to get an abortion. She sneaked in here to get away from her parents, she's a runaway. She didn't even know she was pregnant until AFTER those perverts in DHHS gave her a pelvic exam and told her she was 9 weeks pregnant. Who paid for that? Why are we giving minor girls pelvic exams? Perverts. But when she found out she was pregnant, she wanted to terminate it. Her right with the revelation the feds gave her.
Next time, take her temperature and deport her.
But if you decide to keep her, then she has the right to an abortion to terminate an unwanted pregnancy at her expense. That's the law, that's just law, that's necessary law, and the way it should be.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan

Article that confirms teen used private funds for her abortion, no taxpayer funds involved:
ACLU: Teen at center of abortion case has had procedure
By jessica gresko and nomaan merchant, associated press
WASHINGTON — Oct 25, 2017, 3:29 PM ET
An immigrant teen in federal custody who was seeking an abortion over the Trump administration's objections had the procedure Wednesday after a U.S. appeals court ruled in her favor, her lawyers said.
The 17-year-old had fought for a month to have an abortion, eventually leading to a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The agency oversees facilities for unaccompanied minors who enter the United States illegally and had refused her requests for an abortion.
The full U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia on Tuesday restored a lower court's ruling against HHS. The new ruling ordered HHS to step aside and allow the teen to go forward with an abortion.
The Trump administration did not appeal to the Supreme Court before the procedure, but advocates for the teen — referred to in court filings as Jane Doe to shield her identity — rushed to arrange the abortion after the ruling Tuesday afternoon.
"I'm relieved for Jane Doe, but I'm so incredibly frustrated that we had to go through all of this for what is a very well-settled constitutional right," Brigitte Amiri, an ACLU lawyer who argued for the teen in court, told The Associated Press.
In a statement released by the ACLU, the teen said she "came to this country to make a better life" for herself, and found out she was pregnant after entering immigration custody.
"I knew immediately what was best for me then, as I do now — that I'm not ready to be a parent," the teen said.
The teen illegally entered the U.S. in September and taken to an HHS facility for unaccompanied minors in South Texas. She obtained a state court order on Sept. 25 permitting an abortion. But federal officials refused to transport her or temporarily release her so that others could take her for the procedure.
HHS argued it had established a policy of "refusing to facilitate" abortions for people in its care. Government lawyers said the teen could ask to be returned to her country of origin instead of seeking an abortion while in HHS' custody.
Lawyers for the teen said government officials were illegally denying medical care to which the teen was entitled, and that the shelter had instead taken her to a crisis pregnancy center. Such centers try to discourage pregnant women from having abortions.
The ACLU sued HHS last year, during the Obama administration, over its funding of facilities run by religiously affiliated groups that oppose abortion. But Amiri said the agency has been far more active under the Trump administration in trying to intervene in individual cases and stop abortions.
In emails released by the ACLU, Scott Lloyd, the head of HHS' Office of Refugee Resettlement, which oversees facilities for unaccompanied minors, is quoted telling a subordinate in March that its facilities "should not be supporting abortion services pre or post-release." Lloyd is quoted in other emails asking about the specific case of another pregnant teenager and offering to find a "few good families" to "see her through her pregnancy."
The teen's case "is a canary in the coal mine," Amiri said. "It is emblematic of what is to come."
Jane's Due Process, a Texas group that works with minors seeking abortions, said it and other groups had raised private money to pay for the teen's abortion. It said lawyers appointed to represent the teen's interests would take her from the South Texas facility where she was being held to and from an abortion clinic.
Lawyers for the teen have not identified her name or country of origin, citing privacy reasons, but have said she was from Central America. But they said the teen feared having her parents find out that she wanted an abortion because she had seen them abuse a sister who was pregnant.
The teen was about 15 weeks pregnant, and Texas law bans most abortions after 20 weeks.
"It shouldn't take dozens of lawyers for anyone to get an abortion, and that's what it took in this case," said Susan Hays, legal director for Jane's Due Process.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who argued in court filings that the teen did not have a constitutional right to an abortion, called the case "tragic" and argued it could "pave the way for anyone outside the United States to unlawfully enter and obtain an abortion." Paxton noted in his statement that the U.S. Department of Justice did not appeal the circuit court's ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court.
HHS and the Department of Justice did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

And that's been the law of the land since 1974, 43 years. So for Paxton to claim in any way, shape or form, that this case is "tragic" and argue it could "pave the way for anyone outside the United States to unlawfully enter and obtain an abortion" is a lie. This case is the law and the way it's been for every illegal alien who wanted an abortion since 1974 anywhere in the US and in certain states long prior to 1974. It's hard to imagine that Ken Paxton just figured out that our laws in certain areas of civil rights apply to all persons in our jurisdiction. I wonder what other ones he doesn't know apply to all persons in our jurisdiction.A Nation Without Borders Is Not A Nation - Ronald Reagan

I don't care if the "tooth fairy" pays for it...get her and her unborn child deported and fast tracked out of here within 24 hours. That goes for any that show up in our hospitals...REPORT them and get them out of here! Get them off our healthcare.
Do not give them another reason to come here...now they set the stage for "come one...come all to the USA...step right up and get an abortion"! Pay for your ticket to the show at the booth!!! This is not a circus and we are not the big tent for the World to invade and take a dump in.ILLEGAL ALIENS HAVE "BROKEN" OUR IMMIGRATION SYSTEM
