John McCain: ISIS Will Attack America

    Sunday, 15 Jun 2014 09:49 AM
    By Todd Beamon

The United States needs to begin airstrikes on Iraq right away to stop the growing unrest in Iraq, Sen. John McCain said.

"If we don't do anything, then you will see the Iranians come in — and they are already in," the Arizona Republican, who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee, told Jeanine Pirro Saturday on her Fox News Program. "You will see them in greater numbers if Maliki feels he cannot get help from the U.N. or other allies."

McCain was referring to Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. The Sunni militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) have captured large swaths of territory north of Baghdad since Tuesday. Their advance on Baghdad was sending food prices dramatically higher and prompting tighter security in the city of 7 million people.

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel on Saturday ordered the USS George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier into the Persian Gulf as President Barack Obama weighed possible military action in Iraq. Officials said the move would give the president more flexibility if military action were needed to protect American citizens and interests in Baghdad.

McCain told Pirro that he had no doubt that ISIS would plan attacks against the United States.

"It has everything to do with the threat that they pose. ISIS is the worst of the worst. Even one of the extremist groups can't stand them."

The senator continued his call for a new national security team at the White House in light of the spiraling Iraqi developments.

"It has been a complete failure," said of Obama's foreign policy, especially since the president pulled out all U.S. troops in late 2011. "We could have left troops behind. We could have left them as we did in Japan. Germany, Bosnia. As we did in Korea as a stabilizing force.

"I predicted when he pulled them all out that it would be doomed to failure. I predicted it three times."

McCain was among the many Senate Republicans who warned of a militant resurgence in Iraq in letters to the president in 2009, 2010, and last year.

A total of 4,486 U.S. soldiers died in the Iraq War, which lasted from March 2003 to December 2011.

"It's been an utter and total failure both in Iraq — and now it's going to be in Afghanistan," he told Pirro. "We need a new team. We need the ones that won the war. We had that war won.

"We blew it — and we took everybody out. We didn't leave a residual force behind," McCain said.

"That's a tragedy because we lost over 4,000 brave young Americans."

America Arms Jihadists in Syria – Then Fights Exact Same Jihadists in Iraq

It is OK to be confused at this point. *scratches head*

If I could pick one word to describe Barack Obama's foreign policy, it would be "chaos."
I am not sure how many Americans actually realize that the people we are now going to fight in Iraq are the same men that Barack Obama and congress have funded in Syria. Though this would not be the first time that our own soldiers have been shot at with guns we provided, this is now far beyond the point of insanity.
Fox News is drifting more and more left every single day. They reported yesterday that ISIS has American-made Stinger Missiles.
U.S. officials with access to the latest U.S. intelligence on Iraq told Fox News it "appears likely/probable" that U.S.-made Stinger missiles have fallen into the hands of Sunni insurgents.

It is possible that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) fighters acquired them from army bases they have taken over in recent days, the sources said.
This just in! There is another possibility as well. Anyone who thinks that these terrorists have to beg, borrow or steal Stinger Missiles is a complete idiot. The CIA was running Stingers through Libya, and those missiles were making their way to Syria. That is how we were funding the rebels before we officially funded the rebels.
And now those same rebels become our enemy, but only if they cross the Iraqi border. Those inside of Syria are still our friends. And if any of those in Iraq should take a break to head back to Syria, they become our friends once again. Any questions?
Furthermore, the same Iranians, whose motto is "Death to America," are now clearly our friends, but only inside the borders of Iraq. Actually, with Obama, that is not the case. He loves Iran. For those of us with common sense, we are now being asked to consider Iran an ally, but only within the context of this new Iraqi conflict. We will all kill each other later.
You don't hear much truth from the news media in America. But for anyone with any doubts, I'd like to share with you with a quote from the CBC:
You only have to look at the ruined towns northeast of the Syrian city of Aleppo to understand what happened in Iraq's Mosul.

The names of "martyred" fighters line the walls, alongside invocations to obey Sharia law, through miles of crumpled buildings, rubble and unexploded ammunition.

"These people use different names, so if one is defeated the other can claim victory," says Col. Mohamed Saleh of the Syrian army as he surveys the wreckage of a factory in which 27 of his soldiers were killed.

"They call themselves ISIL, al-Nusrah Front, Deach, but they are all the same."

These very same jihadis — which the Syrian forces have been defeating — are now surging towards Baghdad, some of them, perhaps, the very same men who fought Bashar al-Assad's regime in northern Syria.
    Is it all crystal-clear now?
If you choose to believe this narrative that we are only supplying aid to the "good rebels" or "moderate rebels" in Syria then be my guest. Either way, they have weapons that were made here and will use them to try to kill our people. If you want to believe that they stole them from the "good rebels," or from those they conquered, then I will respectfully disagree, but it does not change the fact that this was bad foreign policy.
It isn't much different than the Stingers that were "stolen" in Libya or the M-16s that were "stolen" in Kuwait. At best it is incompetence. At worst it is complicity, which spells TREASON.
This is America. We expect results.
Before you jump on the "Bush did this…" bandwagon, please save your breath. Bush did his fair share of damage. We have to find a way to deal with what is happening now. This is about having a leader who is not doing his job.

    Obama has to go.

FRIGHTENING OMEN: More British citizens are joining ‪#‎ISIS‬ that signing up for their own Army.

    Allen West

There is a very, very bad storm building. Over in England, more Brits are signing up to join ISIS than joining their own Army Reserve. http://allenbwest.com/2014/07/brits-...-army-reserve/

More Brits signing up to join ISIS than UK Army Reserve

Written by Allen West on July 26, 2014

Today there will be a rally to support Middle East Christians from 12-3 pm in front of the White House. It will be interesting to see who shows up and if the media covers it at all. If you can’t make it, you can sign this petition to the White House.
Across the pond in England, there are also two concurrent calls for support. One is for Army Reservists. The other one is not so jolly – in fact, it’s a disturbing reflection of the policies of multiculturalism and coexistence.
As the UK Daily Mail reports, “More British citizens signed up to fight in Iraq and Syria than joined the Army Reserve last year. Just 170 extra reservists enlisted over the past year – despite a Government target to boost the stand-by force by 11,000 by 2018.”
“But at the same time, the brutal al-Qaida inspired ISIS forces tearing through Iraq have been boosted by ‘several hundred’ Brits.”
So I want you to digest what was just stated: more Brits signed up to fight in the Middle East for ISIS than to fight for their own country, as reservists. This goes beyond the scope of “homegrown terrorism.” It is now a clear and present danger to the stability of western civilization.
Just yesterday we reported that ISIS has gone from being a “just” a terrorist organization to a full-blown army. Let me put this all in a historical sense.
There were Americans of German descent who left the country and fought on the side of the “fatherland.” These individuals were highly effective when they were dropped in behind our lines and caused disruption in our operations. Why? Because they looked like Americans, and talked like Americans and knew American culture.
Once again those who failed to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Just as those young Germans felt a calling for their homeland, it seems these unassimilated Muslims — and some converts — have a calling to jihad. And for all you apologists, this is not about some “inner struggle” – it’s about wreaking death and destruction.
The Mail reports that’s “terror experts believe there could be as many as 500 Brits fighting alongside the jihadists in the Middle East for ISIS (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria). A senior government minister said: ‘There is a real problem about people going in and being radicalized and then coming home. There are several hundred who have gone from Britain that we know of. It is a worry. ‘To get to Iraq most of them will have to go through Syria, so the two are connected.’ Foreign Secretary William Hague yesterday admitted Brits will ‘inevitably’ be fighting alongside ISIS which he called the ‘most violent and brutal militant group in the Middle East.’”
“Hague said, ‘As I have previously told this House, we estimate the number of UK-linked individuals fighting in Syria to include approximately 400 British nationals and other UK-linked individuals who could present a particular risk should they return to the UK.’ He said ‘some of these, inevitably’ are ‘fighting with’ Isis. Shadow defense secretary Vernon Coaker said he revelation was humiliating for the country and needed to be tackled. Coaker said, ‘The government’s own figures show more UK citizens are joining ISIS than signing up for the Armed Forces Reserves. This is shameful, embarrassing and will cause deep concern.”
Shameful? Embarrassing? Deep concern? What about down right dangerous? And you can bet if there was a crackdown of Islamic jihadist activities in the UK, all the weak apologists would come out and complain. Just look at how many of them joined in to protest in support of a terrorist organization, Hamas, against Israel.
There are neighborhoods in England where law enforcement stays away because sharia rules. What an insidious surrender of the British rule of law. How many recall the gruesome and barbaric murder of British Soldier Lee Rigby in broad daylight by two Nigerian Muslim jihadists? I know, we have no sense of total recall. I will not forget, and the freshly bloodied hands of the animal who posed for the camera and delivered his speech.
And what was the response? Restraint, don’t blame Muslims, don’t blame Islam — this is what it gets you folks, weakness is enticing to these monsters. And yes, the $10,000 question: how many have departed our own American shores to fight beside ISIS?
Perhaps the gravity of the situation is beginning to sink in. The Mail reports that “UK Immigration and Security Minister James Brokenshire has warned any Brits considering joining the battle abroad that they will face jail in Britain for any terror-related offences – even if they are carried out abroad.”
Brokenshire says “the Serious Crime Bill would extend the reach of the Terrorism Act 2006 so that UK-linked individuals and those who seek to harm UK interests, who travel overseas to prepare or train more generally for terrorism, can be prosecuted as if their actions had taken place in the UK.”
Here is the deal. There has to be a law clearly defining that on this 21st Century battlefield, if you depart your country of citizenship and travel to ally with Islamic terrorist organizations, you have in turn renounced your citizenship and become an unlawful enemy combatant. If engaged on the battlefield, you will be treated as the enemy. If captured on the battlefield, you will have lost your rights and will be treated as the enemy.
Of course the problem is that here we afford the enemy constituional rights. If we didn’t, it would eliminate all the angst about the fate of Anwar al-Awlaki and his ilk.
This is a very serious issue. But I guess it’s just too serious to disturb the Fundraiser-in-Chief.
