What makes me so mad is just a few weeks ago, Feinstein was in a committee hearing where there was testimony about the violent crimes caused by the illegals in this country, yet she can stand there and stick up for these criminals.

Thank God she's done. Now it's hutchinson's turn. Hutchinson wants a touchback provision which will get voted down, you can bet.

This is the first poison pill amendment. If it passes the bill is on shaky ground.

Hutchinson keeps saying her amendment takes the amnesty out of the bill. It does not. They still get to stay here immediately under temporary probationary status.

Just the fact they can stay here at all is amnesty. I don't care how she wants spin it.

The good thing is that Feinstien and Kennedy are VERY against any ammendments that alters this bill. THis is going to cause touble between members....which could led to further disruption, which is GOOD!

DeMint is up.

Says the bill keeps changing, hard to tell what's in the bill.

Now there's a new bill that has significant flaws in it.
He says there's an amendment is being rewritten right now and this bill is like a moving target.
DeMint is requesting the amendment be read, Feinstein is objecting.

Asking the amendment be set aside until it can be read and Feinstein is objecting.
Feinstein is objecting because she doesn't want anyone to know what is really in the bill.
