I think if we stick together and work the "STREETS", we can get the word out about Paul. We could create and share flyers. We need to get them in the hands of U.S. citizens. Put them on windshields, mailboxes or choose who you hand them to personally. No hatred, just facts.

With Calderon showing up, we have new material to work with.

I hate to say it, but a brokered convention is still possible if Huckabee carries a number of the remaining states.

Paul's campaign said that they will continue all the way to the brokered convention. They are still receiving lots of donations from supporters.

They feel that A LOT can change between now and November. If the public decides they want a true conservative candidate, then Paul still has a shot...

Seize The Moment My Fellow RP Patriots!!

When you go to your next county Republican monthly meeting, be prepared to act. When it is time for what is called 'New Business' stand up and introduce a non-binding resolution stating that 'We Will Not Support McCain For President.'

Do not connect this with a push for RP. This is simply an attempt to fan the flames of party disunity. Conservative radio and conservative Republicans have stated they will not support McCain. We should be in the forefront of this movement. I might even go so far as to say, 'The enemy of my enemy is my friend.'

Wording of this resolution can be formulated to fit your local situation. But I will share from an unnamed source that if Florida is any indication, the chairman of the county Republican parties are NOT supportive of McCain. Provide them cover to launch a 'stop McCain' effort.

The brokered convention would only be an option if McCain does not clear the 1100 threshold and it would be held in Sept a few months before the General election correct?

    W
That's correct. McCain has to clear 1191 and the convention would be held in Sept.

The economy is tanking. As it becomes more and more of an issue of the campaign, Ron Paul's knowledge on the subject will come into play.

Of course he has undergone a major blackout. Ron Paul supporters aren't giving up and will be working to get him wins in the upcoming states.

He will get more protest votes and low turnout in the upcoming states will work well for him.

The delegates strategy is still in full-effect.

The future is unknown, all I know is that McCain will get brutally killed against the dems.

While I would love to see ALIPAC throw its support behind Paul and since he is in the only horse we have left in this race as far as illegal immigration goes and I do not see why you don't, that decision is ultimately obviously up to you.
NO. I don't think ALIPAC should throw support to Ron Paul or any other candidate at this time, or perhaps ever. Statistically, he has no chance to win. I agree with William that unless an independent candidate emerges that fits with our basic tenents we should surround the two frontrunners with flaming arrows.

The steamroller about to be ridden over the American people's future is by far the most dangerous movement ever to be constructed. Modern human behavior and greed has buried our country's reason for being being born.

I believe that ALIPAC will eventually have to support a candidate to ensure survival of the message in the political sphere.

Ron Paul will not win the nomination it is impossible. Mitt Romney has suspended his campaign so his delegates are not released.

Ron Paul will have to run as an independent candidate. He is the only person left who can defeat Hillary or Bin Laden.

I have hardcore friends and relatives who are Republican and they did not even vote in the primary!

As I've probe into their logic I've had to bite my tongue to not insult their "sheeple" mentality! I've invited them to join forums like this and evidently they are satisfied that the MSM is good enough for their info! Trying to sway or debate with "sheeple" is touchy since they are so sensative!

We know Rupert Murdoch donates to Hilary, we know Goldman Sachs has given twice as much if not more to Obama and Hilary than to the Republicans! They pump these socialist up in the media with way more time so that the sheeple will have so much fear to not even want to vote, in the primary, as to possibly not vote for a strong Republican nomination, I suppose!

I would be disappointed if RP does not run as an Independent or Libertarian, he is not funded by the GOP and he should be able to win that congressional seat regardless of his party status. RP has a money bomb coming up and, I think, if he doesn't open the door for an Independent run he may not get as many donations!

Personally, I would not support Ron Paul----or make any efforts to try to get him elected.

I will not vote for McCain or Huckabee either.

I think that the best move for Alipac---is to make sure that as many anti-illegal candidates keep their jobs in the senate and congress------as well as working on getting anti-illegal candidates elected to replace the pro-illegal candidates in the senate and congress.
