DISGRACE: ICE Princess Orders Release of Illegal Aliens

Uh-Oh! ICE Princess Julie L. Myers--barely two weeks on the job--has already subverted her own agents and added to the illegal alien problem.

ICE agents rounded up 72 illegal aliens in League City, Texas--near Galveston. (This report says 62. It's actually 72.) But they were ordered, by ICE headquarters--reportedly, ICE Princess Julie Myers, herself--to release all of them. All were undocumented illegal alien workers, but since ICE was only looking for those with criminal records, they were let go into the great American abyss, perhaps never to be found again.



So what was it that the Recess (Appointment) Princess was telling the Senate about how she will FIX the problems at ICE? Don't hold your breath, despite her PR trip and pics of herself in the internal newsletter, "ICE Update" (in which she pretends to be stepping up efforts to stop illegals). If you held your breath for her buddy/boss Mr. Burns' (DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff) multiple statements of ending the policy of "catch-and-release" for illegal aliens, you'd now be dead.

That's what you get when the cast of "Clueless" is "running" Homeland Security.

Who ordered arrests of dozens of League City day laborers?

Most of the day laborers rounded up in League City were released Thursday afternoon, as officials did not get the results for which they were looking.

As dozens of undocumented immigrants were released from the League City jail, some, like Jesus Ramirez, stopped to talk about their experience.

"I think that what they're doing is wrong because, you know, all people is doing is just looking for work," he said, "People just trying to look for work, that's all they're doing."

According to League City police, Immigration asked for the department's help after getting complaints of day laborers standing next to a convenience store and, ironically, across from the police station.

"Customarily, citizenship is not an issue with us", said a League City police spokesperson Sgt. Dan Krieger.

An Immigration spokesperson said her agency was involved only because League City asked it to be.

Basically, it was a combination of factors. ICE has been receiving numerous complaints of undocumented workers in this area, couple with the fact that we're looking for two sexual predators that were believed to be laborers," said Sgt. Krieger.

No matter whose idea it was, Rosaria Coronel is upset about being taken into custody and said she didn't understand why she was the only woman taken into custody.

League City said it was actually looking for three wanted immigrants, two for sexual assault and a third for intoxicated manslaughter.

11 News was unable to get a definitive answer as to who actually initiated the day's sweep, but only two of the dozens taken into custody are still being held by Immigration and could face deportation for outstanding warrants.

Police were trying to find two suspects in a sexual assault, and they were also looking for a man who they said is responsible for killing two people in a drunken driving crash.

League City authorities didn't find the three wanted people they were searching for and believe the men may have fled to Mexico.

Is it any surprise this would happen? Par for the course with this administration.

Bush is not going to enforce US Immigration Law, not now, not tomorrow, not ever. It doesn't matter what law Congress has passed or will pass, will not enforce it. His goal is to dissolve the United States. Protecting our borders and enforcing US Immigration Law does not a dissolution make.

His goal is Globalism and ruling the world, not protecting our little turf or our little lives.

Hopefully, people will soon realize that this is Treason and that we have a Traitor in the White House that needs to be removed.
