IT’S HAPPENING: President Trump Plans to Invoke Insurrection Act to Remove Illegal Aliens From United States

President Trump is planning on invoking the Insurrection Act to remove illegal aliens from the Unites States.


The Daily Caller’s Amber Athey reported that multiple senior Trump administration officials said President Trump will soon invoke the “tremendous powers” of the act to get rid of illegal aliens leeching off the fat of the land.

“We’re doing the Insurrection Act,” one official said.


Under the Insurrection Act of 1807, the president has the authority to use the National Guard and military in order to combat “unlawful obstruction or rebellion” within U.S. borders. The act was last invoked in 1992 by George H.W. Bush to quell the Los Angeles riots, and was also used by Eisenhower in 1957 to enforce school desegregation in the south.


An official expressed concerns that Trump’s use of the act’s powers would face legal challenges, pointing to the lawsuits against the president’s travel ban from majority-Muslim countries. However, as the official noted, the travel ban ultimately prevailed in the Supreme Court.


In addition to the Insurrection Act, the president is also considering declaring the country full and insisting that the U.S. can no longer handle the massive influx of illegal immigrants. 2019 is currently on pace to reach the highest levels of illegal immigration in a decade.

A record amount of illegal aliens have poured over the US border in 2019.


Approximately 100,000 illegal aliens a month are being apprehended by US Border Patrol.


We need a wall and we need real immigration reform to put an end to insane ‘catch and release’ asylum policies.


There are an estimated 30 million illegal aliens currently living in the Unites States — it’s time to deport them and put America first.

President Trump wants to use the “tremendous powers” of the Insurrection Act to deport illegal immigrants.

Multiple senior administration officials said Trump sees the little-known law as a powerful tool to help his crackdown on illegal immigration, the Daily Caller reported Thursday.

“We’re doing the Insurrection Act,” said one official.
The Insurrection Act of 1807 gives the president authority to use the military to fight “unlawful obstruction or rebellion” within the U.S.

An official said the president will potentially declare the U.S. as full and say the country cannot accept any more illegal immigrants.

“If you take a ship and it holds 1,000 people maximum — one more person and the ship is going to collapse,” the official said. “The country is full.”
“Our hospitals are full, our detention centers are full,” the official added.

One official pointed to the president’s travel ban, expressing concern that the use of the law might provoke legal action. They also followed up by mentioning that the travel ban was eventually declared constitutional by the Supreme Court.
George H.W. Bush was the last president to use the law, during the 1992 Los Angeles riots. Dwight D. Eisenhower used it during his presidency to desegregate schools in the South.

Illegal immigration levels have hit their highest since 2007, with more than 100,000 illegal immigrants apprehended at the border in April.

In February, Trump declared a national emergency in order to move funding to build a wall along the southern border.

The Pentagon said last month it was moving more troops to the border in support roles to join approximately 5,000 National Guard troops already there.

YAWN!!!!! Never heard of this act and I'll believe this when I see it "ACTUALLY HAPPEN". Futhermore, whose going to run around the country rounding them all up? Not going to be ICE. There's not enough agents. AND, does this apply to "REFUGEES" with bogus credible fear asylum claim stories????? That's how he's treating these invaders as we all unfortunately know. Very interesting!!!!! Thanks. Lots of other laws Trump could be using to stop the invasion but he's invoked NONE OF THEM, as we all know.

Futhermore again; does this act SUPERSEDE asylum law and does it SUPERSEDE the stealth amnesty language that TRAITOR TRUMP signed into law within that BS GARBAGE TREASONOUS FEB. 2019 BUDGET DEAL, that he should have VETOED and sent back to Congress to fix?????

THIS INVASION HAD ALREADY BEEN GOING ON DURING THE FAKE GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN OVER THE WALL SPENDING and IT WAS BEING HIDDEN FROM US!!!!! That immgration amnesty langauge in the budget bill was put in to place to ACCOMDATE what was already going on because the plan was to greatly accelerate the invader flow to the levels that we have today.
