I'm praying for a judge with God revering wisdom, no self serving "gimme the money and power" wisdom.
And that don't mean the Hillary "what would Jesus do" thing, because if she has read God's Word, then she's misunderstood a great chunk about Jesus AND God.
Remember God promised a nation to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob - then took action on His promise with Moses and his brother Aaron against the Pharoah.
Israel has BORDERS and I'm pretty sure that God expects those BORDERS to be protected.
It's no different with all other nations, but somehow America's so called governmental elected people are the ONLY government people ON EARTH who let a THIRD WORLD NATION SWINDLE THEM out of THEIR HOMELAND.
And then take orders from the third world nation and their leaders.
Kind of like when Hitler bullied the nations around Germany - that's what Mexico is doing to America's government - bullying them to the degree that they, in turn, bully their fellow Americans and praise the invading illegal aliens.
BOY, this is history in the making!

Why don't American hear about THEIR HUMANITY and HARD WORK?
Guess it's not politically correct enough.
Thanks for the post.

Call me confused, but if this AZ law mirrors federal law, then striking it down would mean having to re-write and re-litigate federal law. How is this going to be done?

Clinton didn't have a choice. From what I read the District Judge nominations start with the Senator of that state who is usually the same party as the President makes the initial endorsement. At this time there were no democrat Senators in Arizona so he had to accept Senator Kyle's recommendation of Susan Bolton.

She spent many years as a Maricopa Superior Court Judge before becoming a District Judge in 2003.
She also spend about 10 years in private practice in Phoenix.
I think we stand a good chance with her being fair and impartial."Where is our democracy if the federal government can break the laws written and enacted by our congress on behalf of the people?"

Illregardless whatever the decision, it will most likely be appealed and go all the way to US Supreme Court..........
