Thread: 1 judge to consider all challenges to Ariz. law

I am so ignorant of the law and the Constitution. I do try but it is dry reading and I find that when I make the effort I still need help interpreting and understanding. The Citizen's United case still has me baffled.

Like geography - this was already out of the schools by the time I attended and that was quite a long time ago.

Consolidation of cases was mentioned. Perhaps it is an attempt to salvage an already broke state from the cost burden placed on it by a federal government determined to destroy this nation. My instinct is to diversify - just like with investments.

"Call me confused, but if this AZ law mirrors federal law, then striking it down would mean having to re-write and re-litigate federal law. How is this going to be done?"

Executive order?

Obama could stop the madness now but he wants to make a lesson out of us and make a legal standing before he opens the floodgates. Because if he denied us our day in court and just did the executive order now he would be impeached. He wants to stick around and finish the job for eternity. Lots of people give up when presented with court findings or bogus studies with numbers they can't follow. They either can't follow it with their minds, or they don't have time to follow it and so they give up and choose to believe in the integrity of our legal system and government system bequeathed to us. But I see that they are using our own laws to crucify us and destroy this nation and it seems like the bad guys have unlimited funds and we have next to none.

Most people across the nation are under the illusion that the vast amount of illegals or new citizens are in their area alone. Nobody is putting the big picture together for them because nobody's keepers will not pay for it and nobody is working for enough money that they can save some out to do the research and show people because they would also have to pay for the website and the hardcopy because nobody is going to pay for it because nobody is bought and paid for by nobody whose name is going to get much if any media coverage.

Bottom line

Either she throws out all these garbage lawsuits or it goes to the 9th in Frisco

From the looks of it she has a pretty fair record but we'll see

either way we win ..... if it gets tossed out , americans will have something to rage against and rally for ....

What worries me is there is no end to the corruption of the (In)justice Department with Holder at the helm who recommended the release of 17 convicted FALN terrorists who then went on to commit more terrorist acts, and who dropped all charges against the 2 Black Panthers using nightsticks to intimidate voters at a Philadelphia Polling Station. I wonder if he already contacted this judge and used a "little Chicago persuasion" to affect the outcome of this case. I would not be surprised in the least. We rapidly are becoming a corrupt third world banana republic like our Mexican occupiers and every other third world corrupt banana republic, except we have nuclear weapons.
