22 Cuban Migrants Show Up At Airport in Key West
They have landed on the Air Force Base and now the Airport. Where is Homeland Security? This is unacceptable that they can land in those areas which should have good security.

KEY WEST -- A group of 22 Cuban migrants showed up at the Key West Airport early Thursday morning, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office reported in an e-mail alert.
The group was in good health, MSO spokeswoman Becky Herrin.
The group included men, women and children of varying ages, from the very young to elderly, according to Airport Security Director Jerome Fain. He said they claimed to have traveled to the United States on a raft made of "buckets and bolts". But no such craft has been found.
The group was taken by bus to the Monroe County Detention Center on Stock Island, and were turned over to federal Border Patrol agents.
Under the country's wet foot- dry foot rule for Cubans, most or all of the migrants will probably be allowed to stay in the United States.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

More media mis-reporting. They are not migrants, they are political refugees. If the US doesn't give them political refugee status, then they are illegal aliens.

Bowman; to us here they are migrants. The human rights situation is not as bad as it once was. Many people make numerous attempts to come here and obviously they are not being punished for it. The country suffers from poverty but then so do many other countries. These are people whose relatives are paying smugglers to have their family members join them. You hardly ever see them come in rafts any more as they once did. They arrive and their is no boat or raft present. Why should they be allowed to be reunited with their relatives using the wetfoot/dryfoot policy while the rest of us have to wait 7years to do so or wait 5 years to get citizenship to sponsor our immediate family members. This is just plain discrimination.
