    The 12 million figure refers to illegal aliens both Mexican and the non Mexican people who are living in the United States without permission or who are overstays. I think that there are more and that there are many quasi legals I use 20 million to include them. The quarter of the Mexican citizens figure 27 million or so would include both illegal and legal. Anchor babies born here would also be Mexican citizens if a parent was.

    So true! Texas and CA have the most illegals. CA has a population of over 40M and I would guess that 1/3 of them are ILLEGAL...that would bring CA in at around 13M ILLEGALS! And I'm sure Texas is right behind us....

    And this number doesn't include those wonderful little darlings commonly known as the ANCHOR BABY brigade! Must be 30M more of these little creations!
