Bonnie Craig is the kind of Georgian whom Republican lawmakers hope to please with a raft of anti-illegal immigration legislation headed for debate before the General Assembly this winter.

When she shops at the local Wal-Mart, grocery store or gas station, the 70-year-old Lawrenceville resident said, she feels overwhelmed by Hispanics, many of whom, she says, haven't bothered to learn English.

Hooray for Mrs. Craig...I mean, after all, what's a billion here and a few million there and toss another billion on top of that...so what's left for the legal citizens...the bone? But why are we even thinking of cost? The US taxpayer has unlimited funds....billions into infinity....

Overwhelmed. That is the operative word. The plan 35 years ago was to overwhelm the American People with foreign nationals according to the David Horowitz 71 page report on the Open Borders Lobby that I posted on this forum back in April.

Isn't the cost of illegal immigration an illegal cost to American Taxpayers and Workers?

Aren't the costs of illegal immigration actual damages to American Taxpayers and American Workers?

Why wouldn't these costs be recoverable damages from those causing the damage?

WE need financial restitution. Afterall, it's all about money. Money and ending the United States is what those supporting, encouraging, promoting, aiding and abetting are interested in. So, we need to file class action lawsuits to recover lost wages for American Workers damaged by illegal immigration; home buyers paying exorbitant housing prices because of the increased demand for housing caused by this influx of people competing in our market for loans and homes and apartments and condos; to recover increased costs for medical care, medical insurance because of services provided to illegals for free; to recover Medicaid payments providing services, food stamps, and low-income housing to illegal aliens; to recover social security payments paid to illegal workers; to recover every dime these lawbreakers have cost American Citizens.

Those responsible are the corporations and individuals hiring them; the 501 C 3 organizations advocating, aiding and abetting them; the government officials harboring, protecting, aiding and abetting them; the government officials violating their oath of office and willfully failing to secure the borders of the United States and enforce our laws to permit entry in direct violation of US Law and the will of the American People; the government officials who conspire with foreign nationals, foreign officials of state, employers, 501 C 3 organizations, and foreign business interests to violate US Immigration Law; to name a few to get things rolling.

For example, the President doesn't have the option of ignoring the security of our borders in order to negotiate a guest worker program. His duty is to secure the borders and enforce US Immigration Law. He may discuss or present or propose new law, but as the President of the United States he is legally required to secure the borders and enforce existing law UNTIL AFTER that law is changed.

Deliberately failing to enforce US Immigration Law, US Labor and US Civil Rights Law to illegally manipulate the American Labor Market is a dereliction of duty with consequences. It is willful breach of his oath. It is intentional harm deliberately invoked against the American People, the American Worker and decades of future generations of Americans.

It is a civil breach with civil consequences and subject to civil damages in an American Court by every single person from the President down that has been involved in anyway with the conspiracy to promote and enable illegal immigration into the United States.

Might I add one thing to those assessments that disturbs me as much, if not more, than the actual problem?? This is the really DANGEROUS thing in my opinion. WHERE is all of this MONEY coming from??? You guessed it. COMMUNIST CHINA. They are our largest CREDITOR. Don't forget that STAGGERING DEFICIT. CHINA OWNS US and CHINA IS NOT OUR FRIEND. China continues to snub its nose at our trade laws. China continues to spend MASSIVE amounts of money on building up their military. Does this not send a message to us??? It DOES send US a message but this administration is NOT RECEIVING. China is DANGEROUS. China HATES us so WHY would we be ALLOWING them to carry our DEBT??? It just makes NO SENSE TO ME. If ANYONE can explain why we are dealing with a brutal Communist regime, please do so.

You've successfully covered most of my thoughts concerning this invasion and its consequences...as well as our trade with a communist nation.

There's little we can do about either situation since we have no support whatsoever from our elected congress. I saw a poll where the American people are even more disillusioned with congress than they are with the whakident...only 23% approve of the job congress is doing.

In my mind, if congress were doing its job they would have already impeached Bush for treason. After all, his failure to protect our borders is treason...no question.

Hopefully we can replace them..but 2006 seems a LONNNNG time away from now.

Where's the money to come from for a class action suit?? And who would the stalwart be who would take on such a case against the entire government of the US??
